That kind of firepower should have no problem with Bismarck. Rosa USB should be more than enough healing. I'd replace Lightning with Shelke if you have her dived for more OSB casts (and maybe an entrust to Rosa if she can't keep up). Also IIRC Quina's USB is a straight upgrade to Shout, so I'd get on that asap.

The only reason I stick with Ramza is I have his LM which lets him act first immediately, useful to get either Shout or Wall off right away. But with Bismarck being mixed offense, Quina probably will work better since I can then slot a Wrath on Rosa. I do not have Shelke dived at all; so far I've gotten by without a dedicated entrust-bot and I'd like to save the motes unless I'm really struggling (not that I'm totally against it though).

Bartz AOSB banner is the FFV event that's coming in mid/late July. It's hyped due to Bartz' AOSB, USB2, Glint and Galuf's Chain, especially since 5* Magicite bosses should be coming in September and the first one is lightning elemental.

Well I have about 100 Mythril right now, hm.

I have Zack CSB, BSB, and Cloud BSB.

4th banner isn't even an option (I have both AOSBs and Tidus USB, the main prizes) but the 5th one I have nothing on it.

Funny, there's zero overlap between the banners Lopen is considering and the ones I'm considering. I have 250 mythril to divide:

1. One more pull on banner 2. Still four 6* here that I don't have. But all the 5* are now dupes except two of them (Greg BSB and LMR). The thing I want most here is Terra's ASB, but mostly for sentimental reasons, I don't think it actually improves me much at all. On the other hand Gilgamesh could really help my team for the V torment (which is second after Tactics) but I think I'm probably passing.

2. Banner 3. The main draw here ironically is Aerith - her USB2 just offers an incredible combination of stuff for physical teams. Cloud stuff would be nice but I am looking ahead to the Cloud/Terra banner in the next fest - but that doesn't include Cloud's USB2 or Aerith's USB2 (it does have Elarra which has some overlap). Leaning towards one pull here.

3. Banner 5. Kraken is the only Magicite I can't sub-30 so I'm definitely pulling. Plus my earth is weak aside from Maria, and Lightning/Water are the first two 5* Magicite to be released. The only question is how much mythril I save for it.

4. Dissidia 2 banner. Shantotto and Vaan's USBs seem really good to me, Luneth's is nice but in a crowded element. Consolation prizes are decent. I probably can't afford more than one pull at most.

5. Save for future banners... probably not happening at this point.

okay I want some help. Trying to do the 4 star mote Dissidia raid solo and I am just lost on what I am doing wrong.

Bringing OK (pUSB), Aerith (new USB), Tidus (everything for days) Ramza for Wrath/Entrust (using mostly on Aerith to get her USB up over and over) and Cloud (got his Cross Slash/Cloud Cycle combo)

Like I bring godwall as a RW and I still just get wrecked. Am I going too far in that direction? Should I bring more offense and try to burn it down?

I haven't actually done that one yet but unlike with magicite stat breaks are actually useful against raids so maybe that would help you survive if you're getting wrecked too fast. I doubt more offense is going to help you there unless it is actually taking a long time to kill him.

I will say past dissida raids tended to have a lot of scripted offense at certain hp breakpoints, meaning you could potentially eat a gaggle of OP attacks if you killed them too fast, so that could also be the issue.

If you're AOEing them I would guess it's the HP breakpoint thing and would recommend you try and kill em one at a time.

Yeah breaks kinda wreck that fight. I first tried it with troll FFVI realm party of Setzer Sabin Edgar Locke Mog and despite just having Mog as a healer I was able to last a good while.

Did it again and subbed Setzer for Minwu and won without being at much risk. A dancer is definitely recommended. Also Last Stand (if you have any way to get it) seems really good here with Cloud's Ultimate Limit Breaks hitting so hard at once. I didn't have it but I could've needed it if he used any when I wasn't capped on HP.

But I see you did it anyway so whatever don't mind me. I guess if you wanna bang your head against it again for the 48 Brave Motes try using a dancer with the -Atk and/or -Atk/Mag dances (I had both on Mog cause I have him dived and he can AoE heal with dances) and see how it works out

I need that Aerith USB, but this banner is such a trap imo. Non-elemental Noctis is not relevant, and Cloud will not be relevant until they give him a 6* wind ability. The 5* Spellblade is a start, but its power is ridiculously inferior to Snowspell Strike. Not to mention you'll also need his LMR to doublecast it.

I got off a ~400k Cloud ASB against Fellstar Ruby Weapon. But it took a lot of work*, and it didn't finish off the fight. Then Eiko got killed and I had a couple tense turns before I could start another chain and finish him off with Meo Twister and another Ultra Cross Slash.

*en-wind, burst mode, SOLDIER mode, a wind chain, and two imperils on the boss

All right, Ultima Weapon can go fuck himself. I spent about 2 hours fighting him with different team comps, finally managed beat him, and his final attack does 9999 damage, piercing, and apparently ignores mblinks. Last stand seems kind of useless for this fight considering his sap procs, but I'm guessing that's the only way to withstand it. You might be able to break the shit out of his magic, but even you're looking at a minimum 5k finisher.

Ramza's LMR is fantastic if you're looking to sub30, but otherwise it's not worth taking Ramza over Quina. Definitely give Rosa wrath (this will almost always be the case), and if you don't want to dive Shelke you might consider diving Quina instead (I'm generally not a fan of trance-type LMs but I hear hers is p good).

Cloud gets an ATK buff when he uses Limit Break, so definitely bring a dancer with the -ATK dance to overwrite it.

The problem is Cloud's Ultimate Blade Beam, a very strong, defense-ignoring, NAT-typed, ranged physical. It can essentially wipe your party at will, and you cannot prevent him from using it. Also, he will chase it with Ultimate Braver and Ultimate Cross-Slash, which hit even harder, although thankfully those are neither full-party MT nor ranged.

Since Cloud precedes UBB with Limit Break, which buffs his own Atk, straight Atk breaks like Steal Power are very useful only if you can reliably land them right after Limit Break (e.g. by having someone use Powerchain in advance and then idle.) Otherwise, look into stacking Atk debuffs like Multi Break, Enfeebling Jitterbug, and Mug Bloodlust. Stoneskin, Guts, and even the basic Defend command can also help you survive Cloud's attacks. Blink should also work, but with WoL and Firion around I'd hate to rely on it.

Also, you want to either use entirely MT attacks (to end the fight faster) or entirely ST attacks (to avoid triggering the 'damaged' AI scripts on Firion and WoL.)

I've seen that it SHOULD be there, but I'll go in pessimistic in case it fails to appear because it's happened before. I thought I was a shoo-in to grab Locke's LMR in the last Dream Relic draw, only to find out that it wasn't there.

Beat Ultimate Weapon (Fellstar), that was a slog. I crafted two copies of Flare Strike for Celes to use with her spellblade ability double USB. The rest of my team was Cloud with USB and Omega Drive, Vaan with BSB, Ramza and Ovelia. I ended up running out of hones for all my DPS and had to finish off the fight with multiple uses of Cloud and Vaan's OSBs. (Cloud's OSB is wind/non but his ASB is just wind). Flare Strike was less impressive than I hoped, but it still outperformed Omega Drive (factoring in the ability double) so that's something... I will use her in future non-elemental fights.

I think you mean her USB1 unless you're playing JP, right? Her USB2 is the Brave USB that comes out during the next fest in Global.

Her LM is nice but it's not essential if you have her OSB and use her with an entruster.

i think the glint is better than the BSB2 when you have his LMR. the only possible reason to use the BSB2 at that point is for the atk buff(s), which i think probably don't make up for the cast time and extra meter usage.
