I'm not sure I've ever really felt that way before but man sometimes I'm just hit by this feeling that I really want to play/read Chaos;Child again. My friend rereads VN's literally all the time. I probably would also if my work schedule wasn't so crazy right now.

I am likely rereading the first four Higurashi chapters once all 8 are out and I want to start going through the Answer arcs, though that's not exactly the same thing.

I've had my KH3 pre-order since January 2014. I'm getting it for $40 because there was a brief period of time when it dropped to $40 for no discernible reason, but Amazon guarantees that you get the item for the lowest price it's ever listed at for pre-orders.

I've had my FFVIIR pre-order since July 2015. I didn't realize it'd already been three years since that thing was announced.

I still pre-order stuff all the time if it's something I know I want and will play eventually. I don't play or buy as many video games in general as the average B8er seems to though. I don't understand these people who have hundreds of games on their Steam account. I have 18 and about half of those were gifted to me in Steam giveaways.

I mean, I have a ton of games on my Steam account, but I also haven't played most of them. I bought a lot last year because 2017 was so good, but I think I've only gotten like three new games so far this year, and two of them (Secret of Mana and Hyrule Warriors) were just remasters.

I think all I've bought this year is Kirby Star Allies, SF 30th Anniversary Collection, and the Tropical Freeze port as far as new games are concerned. I think I'm going to end up buying some more of those Switch ports this year, too, like the MMX one and the TWEWY one. I just don't buy stuff because it's a good deal or really cheap or something.

of course I've still got lots of games I've yet to play but I do intend to play them eventually

Yeah, the release date was really strange considering this was a busy season for blockbuster movies. I guess Star Wars itself qualifies as blockbuster material, but not for an inessential spinoff.

horse racing is one of the few sports my mom gets into (well just the Triple Crown races) because the race is over in 2 minutes

it might actually become more popular with legalized sports betting on the horizon for many states

I live pretty close to Saratoga, so Ive been exposed to a bunch of horse racing stuff by osmosis, even though I dont really care a ton.

If they ever extended it to a quadruple crown, it would probably be here, but the big race is so late in the season that a lot of the bigger names dont bother coming.

Persona 5 anime episode 10 complete. Lots of Confidant cameos in this one. I thought it was neat to drop Togo in as a cameo on the TV Station field trip since she's a local celebrity in shogi. Also, I loved that they played the boss theme when those two guys start hitting on Ryuji in Shinjuku.

For some reason the first hour or so of 1 was an impossible slog for me. I love 2, though (and I think Ive played all of the spinoffs that werent at one point psp/vita exclusive)

KH1 takes a little bit of time to get going. Destiny Islands is a pretty boring location, and the first couple of worlds after that aren't super great either. It's definitely one of those games that gets better as it goes along.

Once you get to Traverse Town the game pretty much is always good.

Nah, Wonderland and Deep Jungle aren't that great. The Coliseum is the first really good part of the game.

I'm a Wonderland fan. The level design is bizarre but I think it's fun and there's lots of little things to interact with.

Full Metal Panic IV episode 5 complete. Nami is a fun character. I also love that the mechs in the arena are sponsored by things like Skynet and Bandai Namco.

I felt so conflicted at the KH3 release date. I was really thinking it'd be 2018 given how hard they were telegraphing a release date announcement at that concert. At least it has one now, I guess.

Also Vesperia Definitive Edition cool stuff. I somehow lost my Vesperia disc years ago and despite all the searching I did never found it but was too stubborn to buy it again. Will be in for that.

The Vesperia release is really cool. I bought the game a long time ago in hopes of one day tracking down a 360 to play it but it never happened.

Yeah, Vesperia is the only thing that stayed exclusive to the 360 that I ever wanted to play.

At one point, user SaveEstelle was actually thinking of buying me a 360 just so I could play Mass Effect (before they ported them to PS3 obviously) and Vesperia.
