Unfortunately not.

Last drop sequence is one of the best spots in Disneyland so i wouldn't have minded.

Also got evacuated.

Half the rock walls are actually foam. Immersion ruined forever.

I once got stuck on space mountain. All of the lights came on and I learned the inside was just wood. The immersion was indeed ruined forever.

When I went to Disney World a couple years ago, Splash Mountain broke down while I was waiting in line on two separate occasions, so this seems to be a regular occurrence.

When I went to Disney World 31 years ago, rides broke down constantly. I remember stopping in Pirates of the Caribbean in front of a pirate that was giving rum to a cat. Over and over.

I live in Florida right near Orlando so I've gone to Disney more times than I can count over the years due to family visits etc

Can confirm, ride break downs are VERY common. There's hardly been a time I've gone where I haven't been on at least one during the course of the few days family are usually there.

The funny thing is splash just came out of like a 3 month refurbishment a few days ago. So they mist have messed something up

you're just happy that you were surrounded by a bunch of furries for an extended period of time

In that game when the log flume breaks down the logs tend to explode. So consider yourself lucky.

Live in downtown Orlando so not far from Disney. The one time I did go Haunted Mansion broke down whilst we were out. Not that it's remotely scary but that's an immersion killer

I was stuck at the top of a 400 foot drop tower for 15 minutes once. It was pretty terrifying and pretty awesome at the same time.

Yep happens to everyone. The dream is to get stuck in front of the secret target on zurg so you can get the high score of the day, which is a higher number than the vehicles can display.

Everytime I see the topic title my brain thinks you're still stuck on it.

I went and got a slice of pizza after using my universal fastpass for the evac to bypass the line for Haunted Mansion.

Partially because i was curious if the cheeseburger pizza would look as gross as i envisioned(it did).

I ate a slice of pepperoni, btw.
