Very few qbs who supplement with the run pan out and mostly it is because the run makes their stats look better than they are. In the NFL, they are much faster so them running isn't as much as a threat and they can close gaps quickly even in regular defenses. There is a reason basically only a couple running QBs from college succeeded. And when vicks speed left him, you saw what he became. Case keenum is a pure pocket passer gunslinger. And who cares who cousins played with. The best QBs elevate teams. Look at Peyton teams when he was out. They were 2-14 garbage without him. If cousins was that good, he would be elevating them. Washington had pieces around him. Case is a better QB. Don't argue it.
