Since I was complaining about it initially, I feel I should mention that I've warmed up a lot to this season of March Comes in Like a Lion. It still hasn't returned to the high points of season 1, but it's definitely a show I'm glad to be watching again. (and has been for several weeks now)

Really glad they kept the rapping Japanese. There's only one rap they translate and it's the right one.

Just a warning, don't look up any clips of the show or OST tracks until you're done. There is a SERIOUS problem with hardcore spoilers in the sidebar for basically any Devilman search right now.

Devilman Grimmoire is interesting, like a cross between the manga and the Toei show in regards to content, though keeping the manga's violence. Thankfully they're releasing the original manga in 2 jumbo volumes so that'll be all out well before they finish publishing Grimmoire.

I would've voted Yuru Camp if it applied, but Blend-S gets my vote for now!

Anyway, I watched all of Devilman Crybaby. I enjoyed it, and I can definitely see how it could be deeply impactful to certain people, but it didn't reach those levels for me. I'm left with a weird feeling where I can acknowledge that it more than accomplished what it was trying to do yet none of it really appealed to me.

Well I'm definitely liking Mahouka/The Irregular at Magic High School so far. It's not a masterpiece or anything, but it is pretty much exactly what I was looking for at this specific point in time.

I generally like her though I wouldn't say I'm a super-fan or anything. The surprise was mostly because this is an archetype I don't think I've seen her in, and it's also one she seems well-suited for.
