Fave action series might have been S-Cry-Ed. Fave comedy is a toss-up, although I'm leaning towards Great Teacher Onizuka. And then fave detective/mystery is probably Detective Conan.... although I enjoyed Ghost Hunt. The one thing I do want to watch which is more recent is Parasyte. Death Note, Legends of the Dark King (Fist of the North Star spin-off/prequel), Arise: Ghost in the Shell, Stand Alone Complex, and Afro Samurai are also pretty good. If you just want a ton of episodes, I guess Dragon Ball and One Piece are safe bets.
