He has 16 top 25 finishes in 19 contests, tied with Cecil for the most ever, with 6 of those being top tens. He's also finished in the bottom half all three times he hasn't finished in the top 25, which is a rather odd anomaly. He's tied with fellow FFIXers Kuja and Vivi with three finals appearances, winning it all in CXII. He's one of the rare champions who hasn't fallen off at all since winning. He hasn't finished worse than 20th in the seven contests since his victory. With this performance, Zidane increases from 78.88% to 79.25%, reclaiming 5th place from Celes after she took it from him two days ago. Zidane's New Era STATS are so good that this performance actually hurts him. He takes a slight drop from 88.24% to 87.87%, but he still holds onto 3rd place. Bushido's playstyle just doesn't really mesh with ATB well and it doesn't really help that they automatically pair him up with Sabin who pretty much does the same thing but his Blitzes outclass him. The one thing Cyan has going for him is the Wind Katana's pretty sweet when you get it in WOB. On the other hand, Gau is pretty fun but it all comes down to how much time you're willing to invest into him. You obviously don't have to get every single monster (there's a few that are superior to the others and IIRC you can't even get them all in-game) but if you get at least two dozen good ones he can do some crazy stuff. --- Warning: I'm literally VeryInsane. ... I feel like he gets plenty of praise compared to other protagonists in the series, especially the whole "man he's so different from Cloud and Squall how awesome"
