West Virginia Freak, Michael Joe Adkins was convicted of impregnating his 11 y/o DAUGHTER who was then forced to get an abortion was sentenced to just 5 years PROBATION as part of a plea deal where he will get NO PRISON TIME!!

He avoided jail time and was given 50 years supervision and will register as a sex offender and undergo therapy..

It happened between 2010-2011 where he raped his then 11 y/o daughter (who is now 18) in their West Virginia home. The girl was taken for an abortion immediately in March of 2011

He and his wife Amanda were charged with sexaul assault offenses and he entered a plea agreement between prosecutors and the offense that allowed a conviction without him having to admit guilt or explain his role in the crime.

Judge Paul Farrell agreed to the decision after an earlier judge, Alfred E. Ferguson rejected an earlier plea without prison.

A family member said the girl is still in fear and can't even go to the bathroom without thinking her father is nearby...

The defense argued that Joe's only issues were minor speeding tickets and did not have a criminal record before that.

The judge said to Joe "I'm just going to be blunt: i hope you screw up during those 50 years so i can send you to prison. If you violate any of the terms and conditions in the next 50 years, then the court can send you to prison and i'm hoping that's the case because you should go to prison for what you did"

His estranged wife plead guilty to child neglect and was sentenced to 18 months probation and 10 years of supervised release.

If you see no problem with him being murdered, I should point out that non-third-world shitholes are morally obligated to maintain the safety of prisoners. In general, sex offenders *should* be imprisoned separately from the general population due to being at higher risk of violence.

He needs to not be a part of society anymore. Either death penalty, life in prison, or at the very least sterilization needs to be on the table. He took any semblance of a normal life away from his daughter, he lost his right to continue his own.
