I remember someone having me listen to the Frozen Synapse soundtrack, and the problem for essentially the whole OST goes the same way as a few other songs on this list... it shoves the backdrop (which isn't good) in my face so I can't drown it out to listen to the good actual melody of the song, and it's just annoying for it. I remember also getting the first Killer Instinct OST in that topic, each song would be randomly hit or miss, and there was no concise answer on whether I liked them. This one is a cool tune that would be a bit better in more active scenarios, especially since it drags on for so long and doesn't do near enough to make it just a listen objective.
