This is why it's even worse than Reigns winning. Lesnar will disappear for awhile again, and the other three have to basically... Keep fighting each other?

Of course it's dumb on our part since the whole selling point was "IF BROCK LOSES HE QUITS THE WWE FOREVER" so we should have known he would retain because dude ain't going back to UFC any time soon.

But still, it's just frustrating because there's so many better storylines to be made with a Strowman, Joe, or hell even Roman championship reign than Lesnar keeping the title.

Match was perfect. Even Lesnar winning. Yes I said it.

Just think how hype Lesnar vs Strowman is going to be now. You can't get that if Strowman just wins.

What a match though. I'm not gonna say single handedly saved the PPV because there was good stuff there, but definitely best WWE PPV of the year in large part due to it.

Sasha forgot how to put on good matches a long time ago. Now her matches consist of four overly contrived spots, one of which is needlessly dangerous and looks like shit, anyway, so why does she even do it.

When the least offensive thing you do is a poorly executed move dedicated to a dead guy, you've gone too far in trying to "steal the show."

I used to think "Atleast she's hot," but now it looks like she literally sweats hair dye and foundation. I can't even remember what her natural hair color is. Hell, I'm not sure I even know what color she is anymore, since the mat always looks like somebody had a bad time with a birthday cake after her matches.

I guess you could say I'm over her just a little

And yeah I don't get the hate for Lesnar this time.

Dude has consistently been having the most exciting matches on these PPVs, and he's been on Raw enough to at least have a presence there (after his one month break after mania) which is all I ask.

But yeah I'm pretty impressed with that PPV particularly considering it was 4 hours. I mean don't get me wrong there was crap on it like Jinder's match, Corbin's match, Big Show/Cass, but considering they had 4 hours to fill and didn't put an absurd amount of hype packages and promos on it, that was definitely the best 4 hour PPV I've ever seen.

I'm totally getting Network the month we get a Strowman/Brock 1v1. I am so hype for that match.

While the match wasn't great (basically good enough), the Jinder/Nakamura hype package may go down as one of the best ever. I can't fathom how they keep doing this. Just amazing work.

Uh, I think the whole "at least she was hot" thing is kinda where it gets sexist. Like the "oh she can be a shit wrestler as long as I think she's hot" part.

That's sorta what I was getting at when I said "the four horsewomen have forgotten some of the basics of being good wrestlers in favor of having 'cool moves'" earlier today. They all kinda have overly contrived 'special moves' and all their matches are basically flowcharts of those moves with very limited interaction with the audience or making the matches feel unique in any way.

It's most glaring on Sasha but I feel like none of em really get how to have compelling matches or characters anymore. I'll take Alexa over any of them at this point, and she's far from flawless.

To some extent this is WWE's fault, both in the booking and the match styles, but I do think Alexa is better at connecting with the crowd and having a more natural seeming flowchart for the matches.
