One at 5-515 in the afternoon right after work. Not really sure how it ended up that way, but I prefer it to a morning dump because it allows me to sleep in a bit more.

Once, sometimes it is after breakfast, sometimes after lunch. Depends on how much I ate the day before.

I am a fat guy so i eat more food thus shit more, but i had no idea 1 time a day was the norm.

I go poopy even more often now after my diverticultis surgery+ 12" of colon removed. Perhaps I am pooping more because theres a foot less it needs to pass through, though I feel like my bowels havent been the same since.

Like 3-5. I have lyme disease so I drink too much coffee to compensate. I know that I should cut back but some days I just wake up glued to my bed, and I fade early and often.
