I'm not gonna post in this or on any other platform while the season's on the air because I am generally very, very pleased with almost everything about this show, about each season, and about (almost, hello Dorne) every subplot. I have found, year after year, that my hype for something I unabashedly love just kinda deflates when chatting online about Thrones. I'll leave the conversation until right after the season's ended and I'll check in with folks and see what they thought.

I was pleasantly surprised by this episode.
only disappointment was euron not showing up at dragonstone i half expected an attack on the dragons as they flew toward the castle Otherwise, pretty good. Winterfell, Arya's scenes, The Brotherhood, The Wall, and Cersei/Jaime was good. the explicit girl-power lines in the beginning were really fucking painful - the shows seems way pro-sansa D&D do point out that sending the lannister army north is impractical, though - i am hopeful that we are supposed to see sansa's flaws here --- yet all sailors of all sorts are more or less capricious and unreliable - they live in the varying outer weather, and they inhale its fickleness ...
