I'm probably underselling the full FFIV team here a bit, but they're up against absolute monsters.

Even absolute monsters can get rocked if they're put into a bad situation. This isn't as clearcut as 'oh these guys have FEATZ, let's vote for them'. The fact that they're going to start the fight having taken suplexes and thus probably pretty stunned is a big deal - it gives X and friends an opportunity to open fire, which especially matters for KOS-MOS because she has jobbing cred against hi-tech weaponry.

I think the raw distraction power of the numbers of the FFIV crew is being underrated. Like there are a ton of bodies there and a lot of em are fairly tanky all things considered. Cecil's tankier than a lot of things that Bayonetta takes longer than 3 seconds to kill, and is not a guy who is just gonna roll over to damage quickly-- just the utter chaos there seems like picking priority targets might be difficult, particularly when you've got some white mages there to back em up.

Scarecrow with superhuman beef is an absolute menace and Black Canary's shouts have exploded some very impressive stuff. The Joker and Harley are probably weaker than Green Arrow though, you're right. I'd take Brock to have an interesting match with either one of them.

The characters in Immortals basically range from your typical peak humans and demons to actual supermen, so, yeah.

Lol actually a more compelling argument XD, but Bayo gets bored pretty easily unfortunately for Brock. Ill at least acknowledge it would act as a taunt for Bayo toward Brock in the beginning for a bit. If you can turn that into something more compelling I'm listening. You've still got a pissed off Id and an untouched Seph and Revan to deal with.

The red dots is his team. We have the ability to have them completely surrounded with MMX, FETCH, AND THREE PEOPLE CAPABLE OF CASTING METEOR MULTIPLE TIMES. They aren't going to be focus on the ranged attack AND the 6 regular sized people and 2 giants that are in there face in the middle of the ring. This is a numbers game because despite what everyone thinks the FFIV cast are not push overs.

Probably. I don't see Tira faring well in gloomy style vs Brock as she's less light on her feet in that mode-- but Brock is too meaty for the power moves to be very effective there-- and she's bound to hit it sometime.

For the record though, Harley pretty much gains nothing from Injustice. Green Arrow is 4/week material with the hype of 'can take punches from Superman due to plot reasons and not just gameplay mechanics' at minimum, and Scarecrow would wreak havoc with his fear gas considering he can totally get in with all the beef the nanomachines afford him. She's definitely the bottom of the barrel in that game by a fair amount IMO.

don't think meteo is that quick a casting time and they've still got Revan and Seph to contend with at the jump

Revan can toss them around with the force and Seph's got AoE spells he can toss out quicker

plus if they're casting they aren't fleeing into the stands

Bayonetta is literally in a game where shooting a dozen enemies or two is considered a minor warmup. Nevermind double gatling guns in KOSMOS. Really, everything is getting shot up and somewhere along the way you've got Sephiroth flying/teleporting in and Id just blitzing. Hell, he'd punch out a charge shot if it came at him.

Brock is 2x his normal size. That means he's twice as wide, which would double his weight. He's also twice as thick, which doubles that weight. He's then twice as tall, which doubles that weight.

So 265 x2 is 530.
530 x2 is 1060.
1060 x2 is 2120.

that's saying "Brock weighs less than 1/10 of a gear." Gears are typically 20+ tons, including the one whose grip he just casually pops out of with no effort. some gears weigh over 40 tons. every gear will weigh far, far more than 2 and Id has no issue taking a hit from, grabbing, breaking apart, or doing whatever to them.


that basically is you saying that yes, Id isn't going to be hurt by it and is going to just want to kill everyone in that ring now.

i think the lightest is Crescens and that's roughly 10 tons by default, over 13 equipped. that'd be a gear designed entirely around speed so is pretty much the floor. those focused on combat? well, Fenrir's 30 tons. Weltall's over 20. Xenogears is over 20. Seibzehn goes up to 46 tons.

(edit: and if wondering, a karn is roughly 1.081 of a ton.)

yes, Id would not have a problem with that weight level.
he already fights things literally ten times heavier with his own fists and does so with ease. things over 20,000lbs, if you want to use bigger numbers. a difference of 18,000+ is the difference between the Lesnar you're showing off and the enemies he casually can face.

Bayonetta also won't either, though i don't think much needs to be said on her. half her enemies are already giant monsters or things well in the 100+ ton categories for both output and durability, some of which she gets hit by. this is the same chick who headbutt a building thrown at her. no, that's not a weight level that'd be remotely considered a problem. he's practically a feather to her.

KOS-MOS all depends on how much you value her durability really. just bear in mind that she's a pretty strict case of "either she's busted or she's gonna get up and shoot" because she's a machine. but hey, not much to say there.
