Already so much whining from the "F2P btw" people about the EX point system. Not sure why they feel that they should be able to keep up with the whales who spend thousands of dollars per month without spending anything. You'd think they'd be thrilled for all of the free stuff we're getting already.

I wish they were too. I'd have Lorraine easily! I'm glad I stalled on dropping my $150 in itunes gift cards just in case. Was going to save them for a Tilith or Rikku emergency, now I'm just going to toss them in right when the EX system is available.

Ok, I need some advice with True Titan once I bust the heart.

I'm using:
Noctis - Breaking, Cover, Comeback
Cecil - Provoking, Covering, Countering, LB buff
Fryevia - Breaking, Chaining Damage
Tilith - Heals, Stat Buffs (~5k hp, 470 mp)
Sakura - Damage Reduction Buff, Stona (Fryevia and Noctis aren't wearing Petrification immunity)
Fryevia Friend - Chaining Damage

I'm able to get to Phase 3 pretty easily, and I ensure that I always push each phase on Turn 4 to avoid the Landslide, but I can't withstand the AoE damage once the heart is broken and I'm pushing him past 60%. Even after breaking and Sakura's Damage Reduction Buff, I still lose team members, and once Tilith goes down, it's near impossible to get back into the fight.


I don't have Ling, but almost every single guide suggests using her. If I take her as a Friend, I don't have two of either Orlandeau or Fryevia as my own to chain for damage.

Do you have a SPR-buff going when Earthen Fury is unleashed?

I'm living through Earthen Fury, I should have clarified that as well.

It's the turns afterwards, Titan uses too many AoEs and eventually two to three units die in the same turn (usually around turn 10).

Beyond breaking and keeping your defense and healing up you can't do much but pray and kill him asap.

Dicked around to build meter for three turns.
Opened core on 4 to avoid landslide.
Burst the core down on 5.
Golem and punch on 6.
Killed him on 7.

I've been playing it safe and killing the Core on Turn 8. I usually have to dick around for a couple turns while I wait for it lol. I'm concerned that if I don't kill Titan on Turn 8, that I'll lose someone intregal for finishing the job lol.

When I was doing refreshes for TMRs the max I could usually get was about 10% per day without moogles. Might be different in your case though.

Letters And Arms 2 - 80.9%
Letters And Arms 3 - 80.6%
Quick Assault 2 - 59.9%
Mateus' Malice - 70%

Still people complaining about how it's not a unit of choice. No matter how much they give us it's never enough for some people. I would have been happy with a free 10+1 or even a free daily. A months worth, plus a 10+1 with a guaranteed 5*? Far more than I expected.

That would be really helpful to people who don't have 5k Lapis to do a 10+1.

Besides, they are already giving their cash spenders some love with the EX thing.
