Formerly the Kingdom Hearts Unchained X/Mobius Final Fantasy Topic, but since the topic moved slowly, I decided to open it up to being a general mobile game topic instead, for mobile games that typically won't last on their own.

I'm also not limiting it to only F2P games. Any kind of mobile game discussions are allowed here. If you want to talk about Super Mario Run, go ahead.

That said, the following mobile games have their own topic, and discussion for those should be there:

Anyone is also free to make their own topic about a game as well. It's not like I can control who makes what topic anyways.

I mainly created this topic to see how a Mobile Game General topic would work out here. If it comes down to just being me and Natwaf talking about Mobius like usual, then so be it.

Now to kick off the new topic with some news, Fate/Grand Order finally got announced to be released in English.

So far, it's only planned to be released in the US and Canada.

Didn't they just do the Toon World event a few months ago?

I guess they're re-running it for the Koreans. Gives me hope that they'll re-run the Yami Bakura event since I missed getting him and I really hated how his duels worked. You have to beat him within 4 turns or else you automatically lose because of FINAL.

Haven't really been playing Duel Links much because of focus on other games. It's on my "Will get back to when I'm caught up on other games" List.

Yes they did, but that's fine cause my friend is going to play just to get the toon stuff. I'm sure they'll re-run yami bakura some time. Right now for a couple more days he appears in duel world as a legendary duelist and has different rewards than his event, and doesn't run FINAL.

The cutscenes aren't animated because that's how Terra Battle is. The story in that game is all text.

Maybe I should go back to playing it and see how the Mobius event in that game is like. Will probably get killed on the first stage.

I don't know what the fatigue is, but I think they're trying to imitate the weapon triangle that Terra Battle had.

Hmm, it seems to be a Debuff cast on the boss for 99 turns if you happen to be carrying the counter card on you. Not sure what it Debuffs though

Ranked Match in Mobile Legends with a Leeroy Jenkins on my team. Fortunately he's playing the exact kind of hero that rushes into the fray.

Team still won somehow, and I got an MVP for the match for playing the Minotaur (Tank/Support), even though I feel the Mage deserved the award since all I did was stand in between my team and the enemy.

I'm constantly paired with idiots in Ranked games. Nobody wants to play Tank/Support and I'm forced to use Minotaur that does both... but then I'm paired with somebody that decides to chase an enemy through two straight turrets, and the one time nobody went with Marksman freeing me to choose Layla... nobody chose Tank so back to Minotaur I go >_>

The worst part is the game sees me as the same strength as these guys

Between FE Heroes, Dokkan Battle, and One Piece Treasure Cruise, Fate/Grand Order is gonna be tough sailing

We'll see how it goes. Generally there's downtimes in OPTC and Dokkan so hopefully that'll be the case when F/GO comes out

Well, it's not like there's much to do in FE Heroes other than level grind. And since they got rid of the daily orb quest, you can go days without really doing anything and not feel like you lost much progress if you've already leveled most of the characters you want to use.

Which is actually a good thing since it doesn't keep you playing all the time, but it can't bode well for the game's life down the line.

Hah, 3 games. I remember those days when it was just School Idol Festival, Record Keeper, and Idolmaster Cinderella Girls: Starlight Stage for me.

Not the giant mess I've gotten myself into right now....

Still plan on picking up F/GO. As long as I can catch up to most things by then I should be alright.

What's Grand Order like?

Hard for me to really say without playing it. Just saying it's an RPG will tell you nothing since the vast majority of mobile games from Japan are RPGs.

From a quick look, it's like you have a party and you pick some commands that they do in sequence.

The gacha is on the characters and there is stamina.

Tried Mobius event in Terra Battle.

The enemies are level 65, mine are in the low 30s. 'lol'

The whole fact that this Fatigue thing in the Terra Battle event in Mobius is probably a Terra Battle mechanic that I don't know about, just goes to show how little I played of that game.

Maybe I'll plan to go back to playing it by the time it reaches its 3rd year anniversary. I'm legitimately surprised that it's been lasting this long. The game doesn't seem very active. I guess Sakaguchi can't let it die, and it's not like Mistwalker has really been doing anything else in the past 3 years.

We do have a couple people here that play KHUX. I'm on and off, mostly off, but I try to play it a bit every now and then.

I do login everyday regardless so I can hoard up on Jewels, enough that I was able to pull the guaranteed Illustrated KHII Kairi Medal, which my pulls were.







Didn't realize until after I was done pulling that it each pull on that banner was a guaranteed Tier 4 medal.

And now I realized that I pulled 2 other Tier 5 medals with HD Roxas and Key Art #4. So THIS is where my luck went!

Not that I'd really play a MOBA, but if I did, I think I'd go with one from a more reputable company.

It was actually showcased at an Apple event 3 years ago.

The only person on Board 8 who really plays that game is raytan. I only play for the event skits and get 100k Mana during Soul Arena.

In the meantime, 4* Anima Sicarius is here. Unlike the last two fights, there are no Defenders that can drive both Fire and Darkness, so eesh

On the flip side, there's no weapon to buy this time around, so you "only" need 36 4* Anima Components for the 5* Black Gems to 5* augment the Anima Sicarius cards

Another KHUX player here. Lately I've been mopping up all the special stuff that's become ridiculously easy with a guilted iKairi2, but now I'm pretty much done upgrading all my keyblades to +25 (and getting a Moogle Doll from multiplayer quests) and I'm back to focusing on the story- reckon I can make it to 600 before we have to start tracking AP again. That is, if I can make it past this latest boss in Quest 555.

I haven't played KHUx seriously for quite some time but the anniversary brought me back and I'm now probably twice as strong as before. I've finished most of the adamantite quests and leveled up a bunch of key blades. Someone in our party has a 124% guilted IKH2 Kairi and I've never used anything else since. It's too good lol.

Seeing how I wasn't able to finish Dahaka and Ultros the first time around, I'm glad that the cutscenes are back so I can watch them this time.

One of my party members has a 150% guilted one with Triple Threat and Extra Attack. Very useful for missions where you're almost guaranteed to be killed if your enemies aren't asleep/paralyzed at the end of your turn. (I have my own 150% guilt that makes its way at the beginning of most of my keyblades, with Second Chance for further chances at surviving those scenarios.)
