I just didn't want an actual human with a robot arm winning this. Even if the character was born human, so long as they are basically fully robotic I decided to just allow them in. "Technically" a cyborg sure, but a handful of other characters are the same way. As I said prior to starting the topic, there are certain characters I would allow to appear in both a robot and cyborg KotM (not like it's infrequent that characters make cross appearances). Question about Cell: Was he still actually created? That being said, I suppose I will just allow him to stay given the source material's use of the word android. The rest of these seem fine, so this is tentatively our field of 100. I know it's the 4th of July for us Americans, but the contest will still begin tomorrow. I don't know how much of their body is actually changed, but it can't be that much if they can reproduce. Though personally, I would classify anyone that was fully human before as cyborgs even if they are fully mechanized now, since they still have the fractured identity of a cyborg. There is nothing robotic about Cell, and he's really only an android in name only. The collection of the cells that compose him may have been unnatural, but he's still a living organism, growing from a larva in an incubator into an adult form. The Tri-Sentinel (Spider-Man) is also another good choice.
