Yeah, I'm gonna have to permit that I guess. I think a lot of people didn't really understand my real stance on the cyborg/robot thing. I just didn't want an actual human with a robot arm winning this. Even if the character was born human, so long as they are basically fully robotic I decided to just allow them in.
"Technically" a cyborg sure, but a handful of other characters are the same way. As I said prior to starting the topic, there are certain characters I would allow to appear in both a robot and cyborg KotM (not like it's infrequent that characters make cross appearances).
Question about Cell: Was he still actually created? Being birthed is not necessarily a disqualifying trait, it matters more about his origin (and I still have a hard time disqualifying any character the source material itself refers to as 'android').
