Hello again! Another day, another top moment of XIII's. Today it's...



Yes, back at Epopmania XIII did something quite incredible. He developed a fully-produced, WWE-style hype package for the huge co-main-event for the UCA title between XIII, Tom, Haguile and edwardsdv. Though he was unfortunate to lose at the event in a classic match, he contributed a lot towards building what was certainly one of the most anticipated contests in Epopmania history.

Allow us to relive, now, this wonderful hype package.


Certainly a magnificent and epic thing I think you'll agree. He's done a couple more, since, making it quite a trend.

Yes, way back in December XIII became the General Manager of Ruin! It was a huge coup and something that decided the future of UCA as a whole. He quickly made moves, using his power to almost immediately rehire the unjustly-fired edwardsdv, deliver quality and classic matches on a weekly basis, and generally make Ruin one of the most exciting shows in UCA history.

On this edition of XIII DECIDES, I'm announcing a DIVISIONAL SHAKEUP, starting on next week's Ruin!

There's been far too many matches recently that have upset the Ruin rankings system and I've decided that ALMOST NOBODY IS SAFE! NOT EVEN ME.

There will be a collection of interdivisional matches over the coming weeks. These will decide who belongs where and really shake up divisional competition.

Time for a little bit of XIII DECIDES!

I was surprised at ExTha's crushing win. It logically follows that ZeroSig will beat Haguile next week and become the #1 contender to Nee's title but if Haguile DOES pull off a miracle and win, the round-robin will be a 3-way tie. If that were to happen we would have a situation of Haguile > ZeroSig > ExTha > Haguile which, I have decided, can only mean one thing - a Fatal 4-way for the title!

Also next week, Whiskey on the Rocks will defend the tag titles against the winners of the tag tournament, Team Two-Star!

In terms of the ongoing King of the Board tournament, Sess and Maniac's tie means they will BOTH face off with JONA in a triple-threat match, while Reg will face Raze as previously announced.

Last but not least next week will mark the official start of my DIVISIONAL SHAKEUP - where I will strenuously test all of my Ruin talent to truly determine who belongs where!

What you have all witnessed tonight is not a matter of luck, but pure, undisputed dominance! Nio might have been appreciated at the beginning of the year as one half of the tag team champions, but you wanna know who else has been a tag team champion in their career?

Bart Gunn.

Rob Conway.

Sim Snuka.

All three of those men had joke careers outside the tag team division, and Nio isn't any different. So just like that, in an effort of less than six months since my return from exile, I have leapfrogged over the middleweight division and resurfaced in the Heavyweight division. Rest assured everyone that my next target is the UCA Heavyweight Championship, which is around the waist of a man I defeated at my first Epopmania three years ago.

And while Nee is a formidable opponent, he knows that I was the best person in Team Extha, and the best person in the short-lived Masters of Penguins stable, and once I regain what is rightfully mine, I will emerge as the best person in the XFL.
