Reposting with a new ruling:

OFFICIAL MITB CASHIN RULES

-If somebody cashes in MitB after a match, a new topic is made and the challenger starts with whatever votes the champ's opponent had, but the champ starts with 0.
-EG: Nee, as UCA champ, loses to Chronic 7-6. Chronic is the new UCA champ. JeffRaze cashes in, but because Chronic's opponent had 6 votes, JeffRaze starts with a 6-0 lead.
-In a tag match, this is halved. So if Nee, as UCA champ, teamed with Sess, and they conceded 8 votes before a cashin, the MitB holder would start with 4.
-The match is held immediately in a new topic.
-The cash-in must be declared in the discussion topic or the topic of the event in which they seek to take advantage of (so if Raze wanted to cash in on a Combat ep, he would say so there).
-Cash-ins must be declared within three hours of an event ending to get the voting bonus.

Since I'm honourable enough not to STRIP MY GUY OF THE TITLE, I will be holding a 3-person tournament between the 3 guys on Ruin who HAVE tasted world championship gold before to decide the HW title challenger at KotB. It's a month of tournaments here at the UCA!

I have also held the HW title, but I would rather stay out of my show's world title picture unless I really have to get involved. So over the next 3 weeks we will see all three combinations of Haguile, ExThaNemesis and ZeroSignal aka The Raven duking it out to crown a new contender.
