Naturally, lots of changes. The Top and Bottom 10 were both shaken up a bit, with Scyther and Wurmple returning to their respective tiers. We had two huge falls in Raichu and Excadrill, plus one large gain in Phanpy.

Definitely one of the more unique Pokemon. Pretty big fan of this guy and how goofy it looks, and can be pretty annoying when used well.

I remember a friend showing me a moveset of it that could cause lots of flinching, but that's like all I remember about it.

It and Qwilfish are like the two Gen II Pokemon that I keep forgetting that they even exist.
