That's obvious hyperbole, but it's true that porn warps people's ideas of sex.
The problem is that the author treats his audience (or potential porn-watchers, or whoever he's referring to here) as easily swayed idiots. His point was not that porn warps people's ideas of sex, but that it causes men to forget or ignore the aspects that comprise femininity except for sex. And it's a silly notion, insisting that men - especially those who have been in relationships with women - will somehow fail to recognize that women are more complicated than sex, because they watched too much pornography.

Well, it'll have an impact if they are committed to playing games because they like them. Because in that case if you offended half your playerbase, you'd probably find a way to make it right really quick.
