Probably "this is good, isn't it"

End of ACR is also up there probably. And if Embers counts as one long cutscene, I'd count that.

since mines is Devil may cry i probley would it up to the spiderboss and get killed off after that then ill yell LIGHT - ertyu on how far he'd make it in DMC

This

Act 5 of MGS4. The entire thing, including the ending scenes.

And yeah, probably the top 5 moving scenes are all from MGS4

Probably the cutscenes after the sandship in Skyward Sword. In and of itself, it's only "well done" but when you consider how it situations decades of Zelda games, I was definitely moved by it. #3

I also liked the ending of Valk Chronicles and pretty much every cutscene in the game. #2

#1 for me easily is the Dom's wife scene in Gears 2.

Act 5 of MGS4. The entire thing, including the ending scenes.

Also a good choice, though the graveyard scene went on way longer than it needed to. It didn't hold up as well on repeated viewings like MGS3's ending did.

There are really only 2 answers here. Everything else is kinda wrong.

1 My honor, My dreams. They're yours now. (this one gets bonus points for possibly being the most moving scene in gaming period, I knew from the moment I turned the game on it was coming [we all did] and I still cried.

2 But who will I eat ice-cream with? The unbreakable sadness and heartache from these simple words says everything you need to know. The only small joy and meaning his life had was his 2 friends and that. Nothing else mattered, I cant think of another time something so simple became anything but...
