Rydia's pretty darn cool. Nice design (both forms), good development, the "Don't cry" line to Edward and a few other snippets of good dialogue, and she's not helpless on the battlefield. Yeah, I like her.

Just likable, and unlike Terra I actually feel like her heritage adds a lot to the feel of the plot. Unlike Cecil her character actually develops during the game, which is nice, I suppose.

Also a whip using mage who is the hottest FF girl by far. Quistis got nothing on this.

Well, in her FFIV DS art anyway.
