Everyone loses and the average fan is left feeling that the biggest stars in the company arent around 80% of the time, while still preventing them from getting invested in someone else. Its hard to get casuals to care about Dolph Ziggler or Cody Rhodes when even the WWE is saying hes third-rate basically. I mean heck if Punk cant go over, no one really can I will STILL be surprised if Cena goes over after that ass-kissing Raw after mania that did nothing but put the rock over. Literally everything else took a backseat. Mostly had to do with 1/4th of the show being a replay of the Kane vs Ryder match/post-match, Natalya farting, and the Main Event getting cut waaaaaay short and having a kind of nonsensical finish thanks to the injury. It had Jinder vs Sheamus squash, Natalya vs Tamina squash, and Slater vs Brodus squash. I think that was the week where Show ran over AJ which I also thought was a really dumb finish (and given the way they're following through with it I stand by that).
