Heartless Division - Round 3 + Tiebreaker:
The (16) Rebel Alliance (Star Wars) (also known as the Alliance to Restore the Republic, the Alliance to Restore Freedom to the Galaxy and, informally, as the Rebellion), was a loose alliance of planetary-, system-, and sector-level forces formed in direct military opposition to the Galactic Empire, determined to preserve the ideals of the Galactic Republic. The Alliance and the Galactic Empire engaged in open warfare in a conflict known as the Galactic Civil War. The Rebellion fought to restore liberty to the galaxy in this civil war. ~VS~ The (8) Avengers (Marvel Comics) were one of Earth's foremost organizations of costumed superhuman adventurers dedicated to safeguarding the world form any threat beyond the power of conventional peacekeeping forces to handle. The Avengers became the first superhuman team to be granted official government sanctions. Ant-Man, Hulk, Iron Man, Thor and Wasp banded together to battle evil no one hero could defeat. Captain America was given retroactive "founding member" status in place of the Hulk, and was seen as the heart and soul of the team.
The (4) Returners (Final Fantasy VI) are an organization that stand to oppose the Gestahlian Empire's conquest of the world. The Returners were formed by Banon to resist the growing influence of the Empire as they used Magitek to conquer the southern territories and set their sights on the north. Edgar provided funds and resources to the group using Locke as a go-between, but the Returners did not have the manpower for open war on the Empire and operated quietly. Over time the kingdom of Doma sided with them, as did individuals in other cities including Arvis in Narshe. ~VS~
(5) Baroque Works (One Piece) was a criminal organization created by the former Shichibukai, Crocodile, to take over the kingdom of Alabasta. Baroque Works agents often function as bounty hunters and take down pirates in order to earn more money to aid their operations. The more important tasks of the agents, however, were to spread lies and rumors in Alabasta about their king, Nefertari Cobra, in order to launch a rebellion against him.

The (18) Pokemon League (Pokemon) is a center where all Pokemon trainers come to battle the leaders of all trainers. The Elite Four is a title given to four trainers that qualify as being the best trainers in their respective region(s), with only the Pokemon Champion above their skill level. There are currently 5 sets of members. In order to challenge the Elite Four, a trainer must first acquire a total of 8 Badges. Once defeated, a trainer can battle the regional Pokemon Champion for their title. ~VS~
The (23) Monstars (Space Jam) are a group of aliens that work for galactic carnival worker Swakhammer. Originally known as the Nerdlucks, they come to Earth capture the Looney Tunes characters and take them back to Moron Mountain. Since the aliens are very short, the Looney Tunes challenge them to a basketball game. The aliens steal the talent of 5 NBA stars (Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing, Muggsy Bogues, Larry Johnson and Shawn Bradley) and use it to transform themselves into the tall and muscular Monstars.
(3) Dumbledore's Army (Harry Potter), also known as the D.A. or Defence Association, was a secret organization initiated by Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley to teach their fellow Hogwarts students proper Defence Against the Dark Arts in 1995. It had approximately 25 members. It was restarted by Neville Longbottom, Ginny Weasley, and Luna Lovegood during the 19971998 school year. Dumbledore's Army played a vital role during the Second Wizarding War. ~VS~
The (22) Globex Corporation (The Simpsons) is a company run by Hank Scorpio. Disguised as a friendly and innocent high-tech company, Globex is actually a front for an evil organization. The headquarters is powered by its own nuclear generator, once managed by Homer Simpson. The United States Army launched a full-on assault on Globex Headquarters. Presumably the attack failed, since the operation to take the East Coast with a large doomsday device was successful.
The (17) Animorphs (Animorphs) are a group of five teenage human children, chosen by Elfangor-Sirinial-Shamtul to fight against the Yeerks' invasion of Earth. Later joined by Elfangor's brother Aximili-Esgarrouth-Isthill, the group used the Andalite morphing power given to them by Elfangor to wage a guerilla war against the Yeerks and their leader on Earth, Visser Three. ~VS~
The (25) Basterds (Inglourious Basterds) are a motley crew of Jewish American soldiers out for revenge against the Nazis. The Basterds have a modus operandi whereby each man must cut off the scalp of a dead Nazi soldier, with orders to get 100 scalps each. The Basterds allow one German soldier to survive each incident so as to spread the news of the terror of their attacks. However, the Basterds carve a swastika into the forehead of that German.
(16) Rebel Alliance (Star Wars) (4) Returners (Final Fantasy VI) (23) Monstars (Space Jam) (3) Dumbledore's Army (Harry Potter) (25) Basterds (Inglourious Basterds) - really tough one for me, happy to see it be close enough to need a tiebreaker
