don't get metroid prime trilogy if you already played the gamecube games, the controls really don't help the games at all and corruption isn't as good as the first two to begin with. it's also a dual layered disc which causes problems in the wii if you play them very much, MPT and brawl are the only ones that I know are dual layered though
DKCR is a must have twilight princess if you haven't played the gamecube version, not worth buying a second time for it though mario galaxies if they're $20 yet xenoblade if you want to hack and "import" monster hunter tri
NSMB and Epic Mickey are both good games that haven't been mentioned. Also, depending on whether they're your sort of games, I've enjoyed Animal Crossing, House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return, the Mario & Sonic games, and (to a lesser extent) Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. Oo, and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles is not bad.

I'm also going to strongly recommend against silent hill shattered memories, dunno if the PS2 version is any better with traditional controls or not but the controls for it are pretty terrible and really just make you not want to finish it

Fair.
-- It sure beats fighting with the foes all the time, But I gotta do it, they always stay outta line.
1. Metroid Prime Trilogy (if you can still find it in stores) 2. Super Mario Galaxy (1 and 2) 3. Super Smash Bros. Brawl 4. Everything else listed below, in no particular order
Mario Kart Wii Boom Blox Bash Party DKC Returns Both Kirby games Super Paper Mario
Also, Skyward Sword when it comes out in just a couple weeks.
Any reasons not to hold out until the Wii U comes out? Or do you really want the GCN features?
But in anycase:
