Well, I believe 3DS games are generally fairly small. I don't know about OoT but I heard some were less than 1GB. Still, we didn't see any multi-disc games this gen costing over $60 just for software...

Because unlike the 3DS market, The Wii market isn't really desperate for games atm.

It's simply Capcom taking advantage of fans yet again.
