Atlus and Valve to state the obvious.

Sony is starting to build up good will again by going "yeah we didn't really do anything this gen, we're sorry, here's the announcements you actually want to hear for the next gen", which is nice of them not yanking us around with gimmicks or stroking their ego at every possible second like Nintendo and Microsoft.

For smaller ones, Sting has a pass due to its tendency to take bizarre ideas and make them work, and Blind Mind gets a pass for sticking to their game(s) support-wise (so far only one game) and for having the best EULA ever.

Sting.

Hell, Sting could crash and burn repeatedly on Yggdra Unison-esque levels and I'd probably still buy their stuff because they're just bold enough to try radically different stuff. Though it seems Atlus has stopped bringing their stuff over here, unfortunately.
