You know, we should probably place a moratorium on hosts putting more games under construction.

I motion that anyone whose name already has one or more games under construction or in the queue refrain from claiming or crafting any new setups for a fairly long period of time, to allow both the queue and the construction list to dwindle down somewhat.

21 going or ready.
32 being prepped.

Even with the hopefully consistent big game/small game schedule, that will take quite a while to work through.

The Under Construction list is just up there for a guideline of who wants to do which themes. I think it could be trimmed, but it doesn't really hurt anything. I'd say that if someone wanted to host a mafia based on a theme that has been up on the Construction list for a long time, then we could probably bump the player who originally laid a claim. Some of the themes I don't forsee ever being claimed to be honest.

If you really want to trim the Construction list down, I'd say that Max, Oddity, Sonten, and Wigs could all be removed since they have had claims to those games for over a year, and we have not heard from them in some time on any form of progress or interest in mafia. Myself personally, I don't see an issue until someone else claims they want to host a theme that some one else has had claim on for over a year or more.

Might as well take Snack Food off. It's one of those things I think about a lot while showering, but I haven't written much down and I keep going back and forth on what I think I should do.

And I don't think it's the sort of theme that anyone else will be claiming any time soon.

Yeah, I agree with this too. Do wish some of the older players would return - Oddity in particular. Dark Tower was one of the first games I watched in entirety, would be fun to play against them. We need a mafia "Old-Timers' Game" or something.
