Yeah those thoughts creep in sometimes but you can't be obsessing about what other people think of you like that.

Ive never put too much thought into it really. I keep to myself and just want to be left alone. My interactions outside of work are basically limited to grocery store employees and gas station cashiers. Im nice, I engage in small talk, but only enough to make my purchase.

Ive been at my job for 25, almost 26 years now and get along great with everyone. So I dont think about it but if someone didnt like me? I honestly wouldnt care. Wouldnt bother me at all.

Im not as bothered nowadays compared to as a teen though I do have a few family I know care for me and a friend I talk to online who I know likes me as a person so I just think about that and also I used to be like if I died how many would come to my funeral and I stopped cos who cares if a popular person has more people at their funeral the actual closeness counts more if you have at least one person who you can honestly confide in thats perfectly ok and enough for me the more I think about it

I maintain a small group of friends. With family and everything I just don't have time for anything more.

And truth be told, a few good friends is all you need. Don't be envious of people on socials with friends lists in the thousands. They're either e-women and that's their simp list, or they're a friend collector who actually corresponds with a minute fraction of the total.

No one is maintaining thousands of interpersonal relationships. It's just not possible.

Feel like it? I know it to be true. But I think people like you TC. When people actually don't like you, every day is full of cold. I sometimes want to talk to someone, sometimes I want to say help me please, someone help me. But there is no one. And I can't even cry anymore because I'm not even sad. I'm just empty, my pleas a mere whisper of who I used to be.

For seriousness, though, I do feel alone a lot of the time. no one in my immediate circle understands what I go through in my head, my battle with drugs, and losing so many people that I was responsible for

I never feel like EVERYONE dislikes me, but I go through periods where it feels like the ones closest to me are upset with me and want to distance themselves, even when it isn't true, and it's a painful thought
