My interactions outside of work are basically limited to grocery store employees and gas station cashiers. Im nice, I engage in small talk, but only enough to make my purchase. Ive been at my job for 25, almost 26 years now and get along great with everyone. So I dont think about it but if someone didnt like me? I honestly wouldnt care.
