But Moscow itself is nicer than any American city. The architecture, the walkable layout, the built environment, the metro etc. The vast expenditure imbalance compared to other cities is very noticeable. That's why I'm saying if it wasn't a traitor and large scale grifter saying this, we may not think twice about it.

Probably the only thing Moscow has going for it is the Metro system, which is indeed better than the public transit in any similar sized American city. Which is somewhat ironic, because the bar there is so low you'd need a subway to get under it <_<
