Haven't tabulated the recent results, but I'll get to it after my kids get home from school.

I think there's maybe 84 characters left worth doing if that. So about 3 more weeks.

Garland does better than the OG Garland, and fairly well for a minor villain.

Galenth Dysley does third worst of all characters

Genesis does decently

G'raha Tia rates pretty well

Doctor Cid rates higher than Fran!

Regent Cid rates a little below Freya

Cid Kramer is the lowest rated FF8 character currently

And Judge Cid almost does as well as Marche, but much better than his son.

wow who's giving dysley over 3 points

XIII is my favorite FF and even I don't like Dysley! FFXIII desperately needed a good villain.

It takes a lot for me to rate a character under 3.

Only characters I've rated under 4:

Vaan (Pointless and annoying.)
Quina (Serves no story purpose, which is criminal for a playable character)

Elena rates the highest of all the turks, in a respectable position.

Leblanc is the lowest rated FFX character so far.

Lunafreya does pretty well for a character who's importance isn't too big. Higher than Iris, but below Prompto.

And Benedikta benefits a lot from FFXVI being very recent and not having a lot of people play it. But she is a pretty awesome character nonethless.

Poor Leblanc.

Leblanc had a mix of scores that kept her right close to the middle. She's just hurt by the lack of offset for 1's and 2's she got. Those hurt a lot with low vote numbers.

When I finally get off my ass and start voting again I'll bump up that score as much as I can. She's fantastic.

Gilgamesh rates higher than all FFV characters, which isn't too surprising.

Gau rates a little above Setzer. Not one of the most popular members of the FF6 cast, but not the least popular either.

Brother rates the lowest of all characters, including Vaan. FFX made him unremarkable. FFX-2 made him creepy.

Chocolina rates decent for a minor character, above Snow and Hope, but below Serah.

Brother is amazing and anyone who thinks otherwise is wrong

Yes, anyone who'd give him a score lower than Chocolina is clearly out of their mind.

If Brother never opened his mouth, I might actually give him a decent score just because he's such a good blitzball player. Unfortunately, he has to talk.

Zemus doesn't do well, as expected for a villain that shows up way too late.

Ardyn is the third highest FFXV character. Not a surprise.

Gestahl does okay, but he gets undone too quick to leave a lasting impression.

Zenos is just behind Gestahl

Rubicante rates just below Cecil!

Joshua rates pretty well, but that's not a surprise. Most people who've played FFXVI like their characters so far.

Cissnei does okay, just below her fellow turks

Ritz can't beat out Marche

Palmer is the least popular FFVII character

Cagnazzo doesn't do nearly as well as the other fiend

Ghido makes his fans sad

and Guy rates lower than all the FFII characters so far.

Heidegger rates a bit above Palmer

I've held my tongue about FFXVI but Jill does not deserve more than a 5. the game did her dirty

The people who have played Lightning Returns know Lumina all seemed to like her. I'm happy with that!

Ricard Highwind - 5.63

Umaro rates the lowest of all FFVI characters
Desch rates second highest of the FFFIII cast
Zalbaag rates third highest of the FFT cast, behind just Delita and Ramza, and ahead of his older brother Dycedarg (but not Dycedarg's older brother maybe)
Ricard is the highest rated FFII character. Which is not saying a lot for FFII.

Yesterday's Results:

Ace - 6.25
Layle - 7.83
Tseng - 6.11
Byron - 7.43

Ace does pretty well, but doesn't get many votes.

Almost nobody played Crystal Bearers, but Layle is very popular among the few who did.

Tseng rates pretty well, but still below the other Turks.

And Byron almost rates as high as Dion Lesage

Ifrit does very well, not a surprise for one of the most common summons.

Siren does fairly well.

Carbuncle isn't as well liked as some of the others

Cerberus is more popular than Carbuncle, despite having fewer appearances

Eden does the worst, and is one of the more forgotten summons of FF8.

You'll be happy to know Tonberry and Cactaur are coming up. I feel like Behemoth and Malboro are just too much random enemies though.

Cactuar has appeared in 45 Final Fantasy games. Malboro in 46. Both are in the top 5 in that category (other include Iron Giant, Tonberry, Adamantoise, and Goblins).

Behemoth though, has the distinct honor of being the only FF enemy to appear in every mainline game, and almost every spin off a whopping 57 appearances. More than the chocobo even.

I think Behemoth deserves a shot at a ranking.

I care about behemoths! I used a big behemoth in one of my stacks in WoFF

The Ice Queen rates above every character so far. Though we barely managed 11 votes.

Sylph rates pretty poorly, which isn't too surprising. Not a popular Summon.

Anima rates very well. Almost as well as Ifrit

Magus Sisters also do extremely well.

Lakshmi is a little higher than Sylph.

Fun fact: the majority of UK pronounces it bay-uh-moth. Although I prefer the US way, it sounds bigger

Ramuh doesn't do nearly as well as Ifrit or Shiva, but still best of our lightning summons.

Ixion is slightly less popular than Quetzalcoatl.

Quetzalcoatl isn't well loved either, though.

Valefor doesn't do quite as well as I'd expect, for Yuna's original summon.

Pandemona does very poorly for a summon. I'm still not sure what it's supposed to be.

Titan rates pretty low for one of the major summons.

Cactaur and Tonberry are very popular for recurring enemies as well as summons

Diablos does a little better than Titan

And Doomtrain does solidly well, but does have some people who don't like it.

I've always thought Titan was kind of boring but they've been doing interesting stuff with him recently. FFXVI is definitely his best showing.

Valefor is just kind of gross looking. I've never liked it.

Crusader - 5.37
Maduin - 6.05

Odin, the insta-kill king, rates very highly!
Knights of the Round, who probably does some extreme damage (and takes almost as long to summon as it does to get) also rates nearly as high
Fenrir isn't quite as popular, but that's not surprising
Crusader does very poorly
And Maduin, despite having some story relevance, doesn't do too well either.
