A more frequent bug for me is when all the buttons just randomly decide to stop working except for the main menu. Like the game recognizes the input and plays appropriate sound, but nothing actually happens. Will fix itself if I save and reload, but still weird. Also had a funny thing where I went to camp right as an encounter was triggering. Good thing I always max out Speech/Persuasion in every game that has it as a mechanic. I'm not familiar with real D&D at all or druid space in it but from what I read and if it's your thing, shape-shifting is more balanced in BG3. The last cutscenes were swimming in minor graphics glitches (Astarian's armor lost all texture and was just black, no detail on other people's' garments, etc) but nothing major. HOWEVER. A couple of people spawned missing clothes. A tiefling townsperson at first, then another, then another. And then Withers. The crest you get for completing that puzzle eventually leads you to the Blood of Lysander, a +3 holy mace and one of the best weapons in the game, and perfect for taking on the Shadowlands. Makes Shadowheart into a beast. I HIGHLY suggest looking up a guide for the ~~Blood of Lysander~~ quest.
