YES! YES! YES! They delivered! They over-delivered! Not one, not two, but three genuine on-the-lips kisses! Amazing final episode to a fantastic series, 9/10 (maybe a 9.5) and almost certainly my AOTS. Tomo-chan could still possibly take the top spot with its last two episodes, but it's the only other show I'm watching from this season that's even remotely in the ballpark.

Unfortunately, I'll have to wait a while for Netflix to get the episodes. Pokemon is one anime that I absolutely positively refuse to watch subbed because a lot of characters and Pokemon have different names in Japanese than I'm used to in the games, and that would drive me crazy. The batch Netflix dropped last month stopped near the start of the Master Eight Tournament. It showed three first-round battles (Leon vs. Alain, Lance vs. Diantha, and Cynthia vs. Iris) and then stopped right before the last one (Ash vs. Steven), which will be the first episode of the next batch they add in a couple of months.

And thats a wrap on Ash's adventures. Reminds me of the feelings I had when Naruto ended, completing a very very very long journey. The 11 part finale was definitely a trip down memory lane. The tie-in with Pokemon Heroes especially made me happy since that was my favorite Pokemon movie

I already miss Saving 80000 Gold. Probably the funniest takedown of a dragon I've seen. Mitsuha is pure chaos and best girl of season.

At least we have the author's third work getting an anime adaption to look forward to. Apparently continuing the war crimes trend like in their other works.

I was praying coming into this week that MagiRevo would actually deliver on a yuri kiss, but never in my wildest dreams did I expect to see two different shows that I'm watching take the plunge in the same week. What a pleasant surprise.

Finished up Pokemon with Ash. The last episode was nice.

Also watched the Reincarnated as a Slime film, that was fun. Lazy writing but when your protagonist is basically a god, you gotta have stupid people make stupid decisions to create tension.

Holy moley Trigun Stampede ended this season strong.

D4DJ is done for now. It was fun, cute, and enjoyable, but IMO a step down from the great first season. I did see a few certain characters during the ending credits that might be hinting at a third season though, which I'll gladly watch if they go that route.

I'm just glad to see Kurumi being a cute menace and Muni being adorable and gay.

With the new Dr Stone creeping up fast, finally watched the OVA taking place between last season and the new one. This show is a treasure. One of the shows I prefer dubbed.

Here's hoping for a season 3 of Vampire. If ever you have a desire to watch the dumbest ever show you will ever laugh at, check out Vampire Dies in No Time. Now bringing you two full seasons of unhinged stupidity.

Finally finished watching The Rose Of Versailles, now officially the oldest anime that I've ever watched. I can see why it's recognized as such a timeless classic, because it was amazing. 9.5/10, plus Oscar is now one of my favorite characters in all of anime.

I saw the news too. I'm excited for more CCS, especially after the first Clear Card anime ended so abruptly. This (probably) isn't April Fool's either, because Sakura's birthday is on 4/1 and announcing her new series on her birthday makes perfect logical sense.

Between Precure's 20th anniversary festivities, the Tokyo Mew Mew reboot, more Sailor Moon movies, and now this announcement for CCS, it feels like we're in a magical girl renaissance. The timeline is correcting itself after Madoka Magica threw the genre so far off track.

If you asked me a few weeks ago if I ever saw myself liking a male precure, I would have ugly laughed. But damn it, he's really grown on me. All of the cast has.

Crunchy released the rest of the Kaguya-sama movie today and I just finished it. Sooo damn good, it's great to see this arc adapted, and so beautifully at that. I have my nitpicks with the manga near the end but this is still one of the best romcom series in my eyes.

It would seem Working for God in a Godless World is going to be the shitpost of the season. What in the ever-loving fuck was that? I felt like 5 chapters worth of content was given cocaine, fired out of a cannon, and fueled by nitro. If ever there was a show to watch at 0.75 times speed. My brain can't process the sheer fuckery, the mood lashes, the twisted humor, the unrivaled stupidity. If there was any doubt in my mind that the studio wasn't just fucking with us, it is immediately dispelled by the cgi abomination they unleashed on the poor viewers.

Did you watch the decent-looking version from after the blu-ray fixes, or the broadcast version that was plagued by production issues and one of the worst-looking anime in recent memory? I've heard the show wasn't very good either way, so if I were to ever watch it, I think watching the ugly broadcast version to at least make it "so bad it's hilarious" would be the choice for me.

The thing is the idea is interesting and there are some parts of it that are neat. The execution is laughably bad but the idea could work.
