"On deathbed" is absolutely relevant, as is "hospitalized." I mean, she's the queen. A lot of people will cry even if they never met her. I do like her as queen compared to many of those who came before her. "British egoism" is a historical phenomenon that she didn't even come close to embodying, and that's why I don't like the British monarchy.
