We know that's not true - weak people let their emotions control them, but you can be both strong and emotional. We have seen these ridiculous hypocrisies on Survivor on the regular. People are more judgy of women than they are of men. What fuels this is probably all those male writers in Disneywood displaying what's supposed to make a woman "strong" vs. "weak" and that leads people to believe those as reality. All it does is perpetuate sexist stereotypes.
