All memes become annoying with overexposure, the worst has to be one that was never funny in the first place. 'Nobody' is a good shout as it's an entirely useless meme that adds nothing to anything.

Nobody's correct usage was explained already in this topic! I probably saw it used incorrectly long before any correct instance, though.

Why is it "Nobody" in the first place? If the idea is there isn't anyone saying anything, shouldn't it be "Everybody:" followed by empty space?

Everybody isn't silent, though. Nobody said anything to prompt it.

The Brandon meme is ABSoLUTELY the worst meme in existence, and it's one of maybe five that I use to judge other people for using it. Imagine thinking that you can't just say, "Fuck Joe Biden." It's like you're dealing with schoolchildren.

You could just... post the punchline as the joke. There is no sort of joke that actually requires the first line in order to set up. It's entirely used as a method to post one-liners in a format that needlessly takes up multiple lines.

uhhhh that sounds like people just using it wrong?

it's supposed to be for when people say things completely unprompted

like "nobody: ............... vegans: i'm vegan btw"

but people have bastardized it and just used it as a leadup to literally anything, like "nobody: ..... someone: *something totally random*"

theoretically the latter use can still carry the connotation of "why the fuck did this person do this thing out of nowhere, no one wanted them to do that, that's so weird" but it's not as fitting as the original purpose

"Nobody:" is exactly the same as that Family Guy "Who starts a conversation like that? I just sat down" meme except less wordy so probably better

"Sir, this is a Wendy's" can be used much better in most situations where "Nobody:" is used.
