I remember Kill Command being in previous VGMCs and I don't think I was a fan, but I'll of course need my memory jogged. Time isn't very good, though, so it might get my vote even if my memory was correct. Which it was and it did. Break the Limit! is also one I remember being in previous VGMCs, and I remember thinking it was okay, but if Battle - b2 hasn't been in any previous VGMCs, it wouldn't be for lack of trying on my part. Unless I was trying to nominate the other boss theme instead. I can never remember, or decide when listening to them back to back, which one of SMTIV's boss themes I like more. MaxGalactica 07/28/22 12:51:28 PM #36:	Remember Me is just awesome. I always love these type of synths. Indignant Divinity is just not my thing at all. Lots of obnoxious elements, and very little that sounds good to me. The extremely short loop is a big detractor as well. Extremely easy vote for me here. Time is pretty solid R&B stuff. It doesn't have enough variation to be really good though. Still good enough to beat Kill Command, which is kind of a mess of good elements, without a lot of structure to them. The best part of Kill Command is the trumpet solo at 3:53. Break the Limit! is a mixed bag for me. Good piano and strings, but not great choirs or brass. Battle - b2's mix is so muddy that it's extremely hard to appreciate it. Not a huge fan of either song here, but the advantage goes to Break the Limit!. Kind of a weak day today tbh. Remember Me is the only really good track in this set. Lots of obnoxious elements, and very little that sounds good to me. The extremely short loop is a big detractor as well. Extremely easy vote for me here. Time is pretty solid R&B stuff. It doesn't have enough variation to be really good though. Still good enough to beat Kill Command, which is kind of a mess of good elements, without a lot of structure to them. The best part of Kill Command is the trumpet solo at 3:53. Break the Limit! is a mixed bag for me. Good piano and strings, but not great choirs or brass. Battle - b2's mix is so muddy that it's extremely hard to appreciate it. Not a huge fan of either song here, but the advantage goes to Break the Limit!. Kind of a weak day today tbh.
