it's a twist of the court case i mentioned earlier but honestly the answer is "probably not" allowed to do this.
with that said, he'd have to take them to court and all those proceedings would be purposefully extended beyond 2 weeks, at which point the issue would then become moot.

Like if all the other senators decide not to object in light of today, but then a House of Rep member still voices an objection, will that still count as "both a senator and representative" objecting?
