If they wanted a group of super soldiers to what end would the advancement be. Pain tolerance, biological immunity and enhanced processing time. Baring that any other advancement you have seen in movies is scifi. Now what aout the by human rights side. Do they get any? I mean they are gonna be created from birth to be tools. What happens when they loose their purpose? What happens when they decide they want to be a pacifist. What happens if they challenge the existing government.
