I was actually thinking about investing in FEater awhile back because having a slow on top of the push would be nice but ultimately didn't, partly because I already have a sk 7 Shaw, and partly because I want Weedy though that won't be till after, I'm guessing. And Nearl and Liskarm are both ones I probably should E2 at some point, I do have way too many Defender Dualchips left over from E2-ing Ptilopsis. Well since it takes 4 of them to do 1 promotion, it got me thinking how long it would take to do the full 5. It takes roughly 2 minutes to clear Tough Siege AP-5 for me (time starts from pressing the start button, ending at the "stage clear" part) You need 2,880 shop vouchers to get the 4 tokens to upgrade a 6 star Operator You get either 20 or 21 vouchers per run (from my experience, so I just used 20.5 in the calculations) That's about 281 minutes, or 4.68333~ hours to get one token, and 23.41666~ to get the full 4. And that's just one promotion; to get the full 5 that's over 117 hours D: Another way of looking at this is the amount of time it'll take to wait for your sanity to recharge to fully promote a 6 star Operator. The 2,880 for a single promotion x 5 for the full = 14,400. Divide that by the average 20.5 vouchers per run = You need to do roughly 702 runs. With each run costing 30 sanity, that means you need 21,060 sanity total, and with a recharge rate of only 1 per 6 minutes...that's 126,360 minutes, or 2,106 hours, or 87.75 DAYS :< too long; didn't math 117 hours of gameplay ALONE (not counting the in between stages) to fully upgrade a 6 star using vouchers 87.75 days of sanity recharging to get that much gameplay time :< I think that's right. Galbias 07/05/20 1:09:34 PM #255:	The Potential tokens in the red cert shop can only be bought up to 4, so you couldn't buy enough to max out one character even if you wanted to. But yeah, grinding out tokens for a 6* character's potential is very long, even taking into account the fact that you get 65 red certs weekly from grinding missions. It's mainly a thing to do because the ways of raising potential are super limited, and the only other reliable option (yellow cert shop) is somehow even worse. Meultima posted... Is there any particular reason you wouldn't use Weedy over Shaw/FEater? And yeah, it's a surprisingly reasonable price. But the extents that some people go... Picture this: There's this awesome waifu named Hasan, and you can only get her by getting 100 of her fragments. Harbingers is one of those games where you can directly summon characters or use fragments, but there are like 2 characters that you HAVE to use fragments for, and you can only get decent amounts of them during special events. During this event, there's a ranking where the highest ranking players get Hasan fragments, and people whale the fuck out. Some major whaling incentives are ranking for the most gems spent in a day, most VIP points, and strongest team power. And imagine this. A regular 10 pull costs 2,000 gems. The dude who got first place in the daily gem spent thing spent OVER 220,000 fucking gems. Not saying that was all summons, but that's a shit ton of premium currency. That and Crownslayer's "jump over your guys" gimmick kind of necessitates cheesing her with Shaw. Of course, none of this matters when you're doing autodeploy, but I tried to do 4-4 CM recently which makes the enemies move quickly enough that even if you are following a guide, getting the blocks in place fast enough is difficult, so the annoyance at the stage is still fresh in my mind. I don't have any characters I particularly want to promote right now, so I'm not in a huge hurry to get Loxic Kohl anyways. Though Angelina is in the yellow cert shop...actually really tempting if I can squeeze out 18 more certs in 12 days, though her inability to attack at all when she's not using s3 still bugs me a bit. Suzuran seems maybe a tiny bit better overall but she won't be for a long time anyways. The main thing to keep in mind about Ange though is that her S3 is on a ridiculously low 25SP cooldown (Faster than Exusiai even) compared to most other nuke options so it's not entirely outlandish to have it active during every peak mob hour especially with Ptilopsis around; as the skill lasts 25 seconds at M3 she'll actually have higher uptime than not that way. Sure Suzuran's S2 is permanent but it also takes 80SP at M3 to get going (plus it's still weaker in terms of range and units hit). That's 3 times in a row now I've gotten boned by a random non rateup 6...Would've preferred nothing (so I could save the pity for Bagpipe) or even a dupe, getting enough yellow certs for Angelina might be iffy at this point (need 14 more, 10 days left) Meultima posted... Yeah I'm about 40 short from Angelina myself. The main thing to keep in mind about Ange though is that her S3 is on a ridiculously low 25SP cooldown (Faster than Exusiai even) compared to most other nuke options so it's not entirely outlandish to have it active during every peak mob hour especially with Ptilopsis around; as the skill lasts 25 seconds at M3 she'll actually have higher uptime than not that way. Sure Suzuran's S2 is permanent but it also takes 80SP at M3 to get going (plus it's still weaker in terms of range and units hit). Despite her damage debuff her main advantages over Angelina actually come from her defensive utility lol Yeah, it's more of a personal nitpick than a serious flaw in her skillset. Suzuran's s3 does seem maaaaybe better, it doesn't do any direct damage but it increases the weakening effect (so I'm assuming all of your other attacks do 140% damage) and unlike Angelina s3 it should have a consistent slow. The healing part doesn't really jive with the slowing though. also, looking at Suzuran's skillset again, I really don't understand why she has a SP buff for other Supporter operators when she covers both of the primary Supporter jobs (slowing and debuffing) <cite>Galbias posted [p:942058731] in Gacha Game...
