I rolled 1200 gems worth on the little mermaid banner in Sinoalice.

Literally walked away with the 2 SRs I wanted (the SR Nightmare and the SR for Lil Mermaid/Minstrel) and 1 extra good SR for magic types. I didn't even need to roll the last step but did it anyways for the guaranteed SR, got a good healing staff from it. Really bolstered my power level, which has been a slow climb

But I might drop the game soon lol. It's honestly not actually that fun. I've been insanely lucky and all but to get to a really high power lvl, it takes too much dedication and gachaing with very poor timing on weapon upgrade invades etc

Also I don't quite see how playing as 2B will make me feel like 2B with the way the game is.

71 rolls on the Blaze banner and got Hoshiguma. That's 3 times in a row now I've gotten boned by a random non rateup 6*...Would've preferred nothing (so I could save the pity for Bagpipe) or even a dupe, getting enough yellow certs for Angelina might be iffy at this point (need 14 more, 10 days left)

I guess since I did lose my streak, probably fine to roll a couple more on random banners to get more Yellow Certs though

also, looking at Suzuran's skillset again, I really don't understand why she has a SP buff for other Supporter operators when she covers both of the primary Supporter jobs (slowing and debuffing)

Well like Mostima's counterpart it should buff herself at least, after all her S2 does take a lot of SP and S3 isn't permanent either. Also kinda makes a decent case for using her alongside Angelina.
There's also the 5-star specialist Shamare who can give a 50% atk/def debuff for 15 seconds to a targeted area who seems quite useful, though they share similar talents so Weakening won't stack. (As an aside she's also got a pretty cute puffy tail)

from the couple videos I've seen of next CC, it looks like Saria is more important than Hoshi, but i dunno. I'm guessing Nian should also be before the next CC so I might wait to see if I can roll her before investing in Hoshi, though chances of actually getting her are slim

and looking at it on the wiki, seems like they nerfed the rewards too, rip. Only 2 copies of a tier 5 item, and only 5 copies of tier 4. At least there's infinitely buyable Aketon and Sugar.

Yeah, the heavy mitigation tanks are just to make the last rush of elite rockbreakers less taxing. There's been E1-only runs of Risk 18 as well so it's not like your last line of defence needs to be super buff; in a pinch you could probably just keep dropping your leftover units lol

That's a bit unfortunate. I guess the big prize is supposed to be Bibeak there, though seems that shop will persist across CCs

From my brief tests the more Supporters I had firing on a single target the more they look like they've slowed to a crawl; they certainly cover much less distance at least.

Not sure if the whole Gala is available or just Cleo & Mars, but let's assume the whole thing is available for now.

You want (ordered by priority):

• Hawk from the tutorial summon
• Mars, Cat Sith
• Gala Alex, Gala Cleo
• Gala Prince
• Hail Marys: Grace, Tobias, Delphi, Mitsuba (don't reroll specifically for these but treat them as Gala Cleo tier)

After that it's basically whatever.

If you get a baller Gala Roll but fail to grab Hawk from the tutorial don't sweat it since Hawk is in the 5* ticket pool so your chances of getting him are pretty high anyway. The banner will start tomorrow.

The most recent update added some objectives that reward you with exp packs for PR1 ship research that can be used for the combat data parts of development. There are enough to completely finish a ship and a third of the way for another.

At least you're getting rolls >.>. I've been playing quite a bit and was able to frustration roll once. They're way too stingy with this considering the rates are pretty terrible

Also TIL Tales of Link has a few sad former fans leftover in their subreddit talking about the latest Tales gacha while lamenting Link's death.

ToL was a game with a ton of problems that I hated more often than not, but you know, it was definitely by far the best Tales gacha. It did fan service right and offered the most interesting gameplay out of the 3 I've played. It had a sustainable formula and went with it at full force.

I only found out about this very small community due to a bizarre reddit bug that keeps showing posts I saw 4 years ago as a base for "latest view posts" panel, unless I view other posts in which it overrides those posts. Then like a week later it refreshes that little panel and shows me the 4 yr old posts for ToL again. Haven't thought about clicking them til today for some reason

Tales of Crestoria is available for pre-download. They haven't announced when the servers will be up but I expect they'll be up by the end of the week. It's hard for me to believe that they'll keep it in maintenance until the 22nd.

Re-rolling in Crestoria looks annoying. The data download in 1.3GB and the only way to clear your data without root or an emulator is to delete the app (or clear the app data in your phone settings) and reinstall, which means going through the 1.3GB download again. I'll still give it a few tries though. You get a free SSR selection right off the bat, and there are some pretty good choices (I'm going with either Lloyd, Estelle, or Kohaku) in the bunch. After that you get enough gleamstones for a single 10-roll (the SSR rate is pretty good at 5%) as well as 3 single summon tickets that guarantee an SR or higher. Here's hoping the high rates mean that I won't have to re-roll too many times.

EDIT: Some more info...

- You can link accounts to a Bandai Namco ID, and you can create any number of these ID's fairly easily. So you can save past rolls you like but aren't 100% sure you want to keep.

- Android emulators seem to not work with the game very well, based on the comments I'm seeing on the official subreddit.

- Transferring to a device with another operating system (Android to IOS or vice-versa) makes you LOSE ALL OF YOUR GLEAMSTONES, PAID OR FREE. So if you're planning on moving to the other operating system soon, you'd basically have to spend all of your gleamstones then and there or lose them, and if you're planning on bouncing between your IOS phone and an Android emulator for PC to play the game, don't. You won't be able to without losing gleamstones left and right.

Without root there is no way I'd be able to stand rerolling Crestoria what with the 1.3GB patch. An added bonus is being able to do the select summon last so you can pick someone you didn't get. I'd like to say that the 23 rolls (10 gems, 3 SR+ tickets, 10 tickets) was useful but I'm rarely getting 1 SSR even with the 5% rate.

Welp, Spectrum decided to have another Internet outage in my area today, and downloading on mobile data is slow as hell... so I guess I'll just stick with my first try.

Out of the 23 rolls you get off the bat (I was wrong before, you get a pair of 10-rolls) I pulled 3 SSR's: Sorey, Asbel, and Milla. Them plus Kohaku (who I chose with the free SSR selection) means I can actually field a full team of 4 SSR's from the get-go. Plus I got some decent SR's like Kor and Genis. Not too bad.

I saw some people on Reddit saying they managed to get 5 or 6 SSR's at the beginning, which is crazy.

I'm not really into re-rolling, but when my first 23 got no SSR (other than the selection of course) I decided to lol. One thing that I have noticed that is probably just random is that Milla and Ludger don't seem to show up in summon. Everyone else has at least twice. I've been doing it long enough to try and get a 3 SSR that has at least one I like that at this point I'll take the next 2 SSR that has someone I like or the next 3 that has ones I couldn't care less about. Given my lucky that will be another hour even with the tutorial/select summon skipping method.

edit: after 3 hours of rerolling to try and get 3 SSRs, I give up. I went with my last roll. No SSRs from the 23 rolls and Estelle (who I didn't want) as my select cause I'm probably going to need the only healer with a party of her and SRs. I had better ones, but thats all the time I have today. I may try again tomorrow to get at least 2.

I just want to add that I'm pissed that best girl Colette is one of the characters that's only an R and therefore not obtainable as a playable character. Maybe they'll add an SR or SSR version of these characters later, so I'm already done spending and planning on saving my stones for her.

Yeah, rerolling in Crestoria was rough due to that download. I did finally manage to get a team of 4 SSRs though from the initial free resources. I'll likely start saving now for upcoming banners. I'm hoping for Leon or Velvet from the SSR ticket you get from the challenge missions.

I see, neat. Still leaning towards waiting and maybe saving the yellow certs to use on rolls, looks like Angelina has been in the yellow shop quite a few times so if I change my mind the option is there.

The main cast are hilarious. I love how Misella is so desperately smitten with Kanata that she deludes herself into assuming that any flawed behavior he shows is due to Vicious being a bad influence on him. They're too good for a gacha game.

Any Crestoria players in here want to make a guild with me or are in a guild that I can join? I usually don't care about PvP, guilds, raids, and stuff like that in gacha games, but I'm starting to worry about how much resources/rewards might be locked behind that stuff in this game.

Like you I don't care about that kind of stuff, but 20 gems a day missed for completing the daily missions by not being in one (plus whatever else is locked behind guilds) adds up eventually. I was about to post about how annoying that is lol. All the guilds I see are "join our discord" or "donate 50k a day or be kicked". I just want a casual guild so I can do whatever.
