We know that's what Trump is thinking and won't comment on it or condemn the police officers. Then we have trump supporters like Candace Owens tweeting about Floyd's criminal past and how he was "not a good guy" and a "bad human being" despite being reformed. The criminal justice system is designed to reform people, even murderers though Floyd was not one

So why are so many of them acting with the "Who cares" attitude? is it because they despise people who have a criminal record?.

Why are they praising confederate generals who committed heinous acts? what the men in those bronze statues did was much worse than most criminals behind bars

The point of the outrage is police brutality who don't value one's life and rights but conservatives just see this as "oh he was a bad guy anyway, i'll care when it's someone with more value"

Why 'should' it matter? Here's the issue. You get one guy doing shady things, resisting arrest and making the job tough for police. Something happens that's sorta his own fault. So now the whole crowd is "we're under attack, let's destroy things". Ok so then the rioters do bad shit and the same crowd is "oh they aren't part of us, go away".

Pick one. All together or everyone for themselves. Not what is convenient for you to profit. On top of that is you actually be fair and say all lives matter. Oh but that doesn't give them special attention so hurry up and be offended.

Do you really not know you have fake money? Plus he was under the influence and innocent people don't resist arrest. Non cooperation was his choice.

I absolutely discredit the movement. From the first brick thrown it turned into 'what can be looted' movement and as I've said I don't support domestic terrorism.

I don't watch the news so I dunno what Trump chooses in all this. I vote with common sense. They have a right to protest but they do not have the right to push their problems onto me. Don't block streets. Don't cause damage. Don't cause sites to withhold info on the next gen of gaming. This isn't how you attract support. Everyone has problems, you're not exclusive.

I may even choose to avoid companies trying to pander to this mess, mostly out of spite. They think it buys them some brownie points to be with the in-crowd. Much like the sports people who showed disrespect with a knee, you deserve a punishment for dragging something out that you have nothing to do with.

This is why I don't do politics. Few people are up to my level of logic. I don't have social responsibilities or peer pressure. That old ALS challenge, nobody knew what it was for. They just saw everyone else doing it and wanted their 15 minutes of attention. This is pretty much the same thing.

You can't change history. Stuff happened that was tied to that time. Nobody alive today was responsible for what happened then, meaning nobody needs to apologize or change their attitude.

You can't legislate human emotion. If blacks continue to commit a disproportionate amount of crime, even taking notice is racism right? But where does it get that person wanting to take a shortcut down an alley but decides not to because a group of black guys are down there, racist or intelligent? And lets not get into the portion of the population that must deal with it daily, the police. They will be desensitized to their job at some point, even black police officers.

You mean "Why are non-SJWs not making a big deal about it?" and the reason is because it's a social justice thing. While Floyd's death was unfortunate, people are trying to treat it like the Rodney King beating when it's not even close to being on par. Rather than letting the justice system do its work regarding the officer's probable misconduct, BLM and the social justice crowd chose to link it a narrative that includes many debunked incidents (such as Mike Brown were Obama's justice department, which went down there with the hopes of putting cops in jail, finally acknowledged that Brown had gone for the officer's gun so the whole "Hands up, don't shoot" was fictitious... yet still used by supporters). For them, it doesn't seem to be about Floyd either -- he's just another chain in the narrative -- and the event itself is being leveraged to air more general, reactionary grievances to broader social events, elections, etc, that they don't like.

The media has overreported the incident, which has led to companies trying to capitalize on it by showing how "woke" they are.
