Depends. I use to have pretty full pockets, even though they were just normal jeans. Though, I liked pants with bigger pockets. I would wear cargo pants/shorts at Amusement parks (but also carry a backpack). My current military uniform has many pockets. During school, I already had a backpack that I carried around a bunch. When I played Shadowrun, I used a Zelda messenger bag covered with Pins (from lootbox, etsy, etc.) that carries my laptop, books, character sheets, etc. When I wore a big coat with my Blues, I would use those pockets.

Dude just get a satchel (or to some 'Man-Purse') or a nice Laptop bag with a strap and pockets on their. Many here in NYC (including my self) carry their laptops in them.

Or get a Briefcase, but those are kinda going the way of the dino...

When I was younger and didn't need to carry so much stuff (just wallet, bank stuff, GBA and stuff) I used to just have a Bum Bag (Fanny pack) when I started work I switched to a briefcase, which proved a bit cumbersome, I moved to a messenger bag (a Sonic the Hedgehog themed one, naturally, which teamed with my Sonic the Hedgehog made some people think I was in secondary school....)

Since September, however I use a backpack, to take my stuff to and from work, plenty of room in there for work stuff, work laptop, and loads of little bits and bobs.

If I know I will be out and about majority of the day, I would carry my water, power bank, some snacks, maybe first aid kit, etc. in a small backpack. If I am going to places that might not allow backpacks, I would try and carry as much as I can in my cargo pants.

Sometimes even when it's too hot for it, I'll carry a light spring jacket with me just for the pocket space and like...fold it over my arm like I had been wearing it and removed it at some point due to the heat.

It'd be nice if hand bags were socially acceptable for men. I guess laptop cases can work in some situations, but a lot of times it's just not feasible to carry one around.

I don't have a car so I wear a small backpack whenever I go out (with a reusable shopping bag folded up inside just in case). Also my work pants all have cargo pockets.

Wear a surprisingly expensive italian suit and keep your camera in a violin case you carry around. That way at the very least you look like an assassin from some cheesy movie.

For real though I think a backpack is ideal. It's just more convenient if you aren't gonna need to grab stuff out of it every 5 seconds.

Tech Jacket ftw. I've always used em.

Looks just like a normal windbreaker/jacket. It's not hot in the summer at all. It's fairly light, but has a ton of freaking pockets.

I could carry more in it then my wife could in her purse easily.

I have 2, so I can just alternate washing em. I removed the sleeves on both (they are removable with zippers).

Both have large inside pockets on the bottom. large enough to fit an ipad into (er both sides), and one smaller pocket on the inside up above. Then both have a large pocket on the outside (not large enough for an ipad, but plenty large enough for a Kindle, cell phones etc. That is where I keep my keys, change etc generally.

Then you have two zipper pockets on the top right and left. I keep my wallet in the top left (nobody could ever pick that to steal my wallet), and use my left for checks etc.

You never run out of space. I have had the following in my pockets while traveling.

1 ipad, 1 3ds, 1 kindle, 1 cell phone, 4 cans of soda, 2 burritos (one for me and one for my wife, this was obviously awhile ago). tons of change. All that was just in the lower pockets, my top pockets had my wallet, a comb, checks etc.

That was to go to the movies btw (hence the soda/burrotos in my pockets lolz).

I have a satchel, a messenger bag, a bike bag, a backpack, a briefcase, a camera case, and some nice cargo pants.

The satchel is probably the best. Easy to carry, easy to retrieve stuff and looks snazzy. But you do have to put up with people who think it is weird for you to have one

The messenger bag is a little bit more socially acceptable, and tends to look pretty snazzy as well. It is bigger allowing you to carry more, but it is also big enough that it starts to get in the way and if you are carrying electronics in it, you have to worry about liquids spilling on it, or dropping it, or something in your bag jostling into just right to break it.

The backpack has a lot of the same issues, but it is more convinient to carry on your back as it doesn't get in the way as much, but that does make it harder to use things in it.

I enjoy using the bike bag, but off the bike it is basically just a messenger bag. It is just easier to snap on the bike than traveling with it on you all the time.

The briefcase is heavy and annoying to carry, but they look the best and protect your electronics the best.

A camera bag works, but is my least favorite. For the size of the bag it is very bulky and swings more than the messenger bag or the satchel which is uncomfortable and increases the risk of hitting something and damaging the camera if you are not paying attention.

Nice cargo pants are also a favourite. Lots of pockets, convinent, organizable, and you don't have to carry anything. The cons though are your pants get heavier and can cause your belt to get uncomfortable if there is too much heavy stuff in them. You may also forget something small in the pockets and put something in the wash without noticing.

Utility kilts look awesome, but too expensive so never tried them.

Google doesn't seem to find any results for a DSQ7 camera. Since you are talking about lenses I assume you are wanting an SLR type camera? If so this pretty much necessitates a camera case/bag imo. Most people are probably better served by there phone cameras than a stand alone camera.
