Iv been in lockdown mode now for just about 3 weeks. I havent gone anywhere cept grocery shopping once. We order all of our groceries on insta cart. No fast food. No dominos contact less delivery. Iv walked to our local park once or twice a week. I use a stationary bike or tread mill at home.

I can probabaly last 2-3 more weeks but after that im going to lose it and go crazy.

I've not been in quarantine, but I feel like I probably should soon. I'm working 5 days a week, but not leaving my property for any other reason. Living in New York State (but not city thankfully), I work in a grocery store. My odds of being infected by a customer or fellow employee rises by the day.

I'm allowed to work and that's helping. I typically sit home for a month or two during winter and do alright but it's a bit soon for another big break.

Officially 3 weeks with 2 shopping trips since I have not gone out except for groceries.

But, before that I had Pnumonia and didn't go out much for the preceeding 2 weeks or so (when it was the worst, especially after eating or right after waking up).

Before that was deep winter, when there was not many daylight hours. I did go out though during the day, but not nearly as much as I do during the other seasons.

I was looking forward to late feb/early march to start traveling, I had a plan to go to CA before now in fact. The pnumonia blocked that.

So, it's been almost 5 weeks since I have been able to go out while not feeling absolutely horrible and doing the bare minimum I had to while out. It seems like ALOT longee than that though.

As far as hhw much longer I can go, I don't know. I think making this DnD campaign I am working on will help at least a bit. I am eventually going to have to go shopping again which will help (as long as I don't get sick doing it...it'll mean more variety in my diet).

Can I go another 4 weeks, which it looks like the lockdown will at least last ttrough? I guess I have no choice, but I honestly may not come out of this the same as I went in at this point.

I was handling it fine until today where I felt the anxiety kick back in.

Have a mandatory work conference tomorrow where Im probably getting laid off. Im fine economically and intended to give my two weeks around late April or early May but it still feels bad.

I was going to finish some schooling and get do some job-hunting for a real job but that idea is completely screwed now.

Im getting quite jealous of some of my friends who are white collar with jobs that can be done from home and are mostly unaffected.

On the bright side, this at least lights a fire under me to get a desk job once this is all over because Im really understanding the benefits now.

Another bright side is more video game time with friends since theyre mostly working from home and cant go anywhere else.

Bought my first deck for Magic on a whim after a friend sent me a Snap of his pauper commander deck coming in. Friends have been teaching me until Im shop-ready. Cant play now but at least that gives me something to look forward to.

I haven't been in quarantine as I don't have a virus. We have however been in lockdown for around two weeks and it's no different to what I was doing anyway outside of pubs being closed and the movies. I also can't go on long walks and the post has a slight delay when I order something. Still I can buy beer locally if I'm bothered and the films that were at the movies have gone right to streaming services or the like so all I'm missing out on is the long walks and slight delay in the post if I order anything online. That will only be Final Fantasy VII Remake and The Last of Us part 2 for a while so meh.

Ive been working the entire time and Im not going to be able to last much longer if I have to effectively slave away for LESS money than what millions of people are earning staying home and doing whatever they want to do to pass the time.

The staying at home is fine with me, the fact I can't get to comfort a friend whose mom was just put on hospice is killing me though.

Two Fridays ago (13 days) was my last day of work before everyone was sent home. Yesterday was my first day of grocery shopping since then, so it was my first time leaving my place in 12 days.

Besides work & groceries, its been 22 days since Ive been anywhere else.

Almost 3 weeks now, and other then going shopping once a week I could probably last for another 2 years if needed. I can work from home, I have plenty of things to entertain me, I have a ton of projects around the house, etc.

Been stuck in for about 3 weeks, but I am already so used to isolation, as a disabled person, that I don't expect much trouble putting up with more of it. Provided that my support worker can still help with supplies, that the young woman who's walking my dog & picking up my meds can keep doing that, and that my caregivers keep coming as they should, I can likely do this for the rest of the year without upset, if I have to. I'm used to communication with friends and family at a distance.

As I said... I'm used to being almost as isolated as this 24/7, it isn't that new to me. And maybe after this less non-disabled people will go round saying "I'd love to sit at home all day the way you do." (While totally disregarding chronic pain, chronic fatigue, impaired ability to do a lot of the things they would do if stuck indoors for months.)

School closed on the 10th, then work closed on the 18th with an extra short day of work to clean the place and tie up loose ends on the 20th, and I've been off since. Mentally, I'm doing fine. Financially, we're going to run into problems if this lasts more than another month or so, but otherwise we're okay, and I'll hopefully be tapping into some of Canada's emergency fund once it becomes available to help alleviate that.

Other than not going out grocery shopping and occasional date with spouse my personal activities haven't changed much tbh.

Might screw my birthday though, which sucks. Not as much as other issues created by the virus though.

Spouse works in nursing and I keep being scared they're going to be required to stay at work. Silly fear, sure, but it is what it is.
