Their names were revealed to be Cody Hetrick and Alex Smith who tormented the deer in Pennsylvania as people screen shotted the video to bring them to justice The Pennsylvania Game Commission is now investigating as the boys have not been charged as of yet The graphic video showed them kicking the wounded deer before stomping on its head repeatedly and once it's taken it's last breath, they tore the antler off. Outraged viewers have launched a petition calling for justice as the commission said the video was reprehensible and potentionally a violation of the law The call was to ban the pair fromhunting as Christopher Hall, who started the petition said "They give hunters a bad name. Rather, I would push for mandatory therapy (as outlined in said post) and somewhere in the area of ten years of community service. They manage to get through that with their noses clean, get a good psych eval after, and I wouldn't be against easing off the restrictions I listed earlier.
