Well let's see...I backed into a parked car as an idiot 16-year-old right after I got my license, so that's one. I've rear-ended two people after barely not being able to stop in time both times - only did damage the 2nd time and it was *barely* noticeable (ugh). Got rear-ended once with no damage done. Then rolled over on the freeway during really bad weather.

So 5 I think. 1 serious.

One thing i learned from a friend in high school, never rear end anyone.

Pretty much try to drive so thst doing so would be impossible because it turns into an automatic at fault.

Zero. Been driving for 20 years. Drive super defensively and you'll learn to avoid accidents that normally won't be your fault if it happened.
Though nothing would prevent a drunk driver running through a red light driving 60 on a 40. I guess it's just luck sometimes.

I have been struck by a car on foot before. Nothing serious but I made it out to be to teach that guy a lesson.

I got one better. I turned left on my green left turn light. I was hit by another car. I was at fault automatically for "making an unsafe turn" because I assumed that hey, I have the green light, I have right of way. My insurance was ridiculous after that and no lawyer wanted to defend me on this. Then I remembered something a DMV examiner told me - right of way is only a recommendation in California, not a law.

I've been in 4 accidents; 3 while I was driving, 1 "at fault".

Just one, I lightly rear ended someone and it was my fault (sudden traffic stop on the freeway during a heavy rainstorm, so it was hard to avoid, but it is still my fault). I don't think any damage was really caused, it was more or less a love tap, but we did exchange info. I don't think action was taken ultimately.

I've been driving for about 12 years now so I'm pretty proud of my record

One; a car entering the highway I was on lost control and T-Boned me; somehow my passenger and I both made it out with only very minor neck injuries but the car was totaled and I was extremely anxious while driving for a while

I've only been driving for eight years, but none so far. Several close calls, though. Three times my car received minor damage but they were not really "accidents".

Two. One, I lost control and hit a guard rail. The other, someone took a turn in a college campus parking garage a little too wide and scraped my car; she then said I was going the wrong way. Officer came, took statements, I don't think either of us were cited.

Never while behind the wheel. Once as a passenger but it was just a fender bender.

I annihilated a deer with the van I'm currently driving, but it did so little damage that you wouldn't even know it from looking at it. One benefit from driving a huge gas-guzzling vehicle I guess.

While I was PARKED (yes, PARKED. The car turned off and the keys in my pocket) in a parking lot (still in my PARKED car looking through my wallet to make sure I had enough money) this idiot slams right into the side of my car because he was speeding through the parking lot and for whatever reason, fucked up and slammed into my PARKED car.

The reason I am capitalizing the word PARKED is because the idiot AND his idiot girlfriend who was in the car with him BOTH start screaming at ME (yes, seriously) and the guy says that I was still driving and I abruptly moved up in front of him and his idiot girlfriend agrees with him. I then reminded them that there are cameras in the parking lot and that would prove that I was still PARKED. He then shuts the hell up and they both went back to his car. The cops then showed up. It was determined that it was his fault and NOT mine.

2 minor, 1 not my fault, 1 all on me.

I slightly tapped the back of a Truck (the trailer ball poked through my front bumper, but thats it) that was texting and driving when they annihilated the two cars in front of them.

Once I backed into a Fed Ex truck being impatient. Broke my tail light, but didnt do any other real damage, FedEx didnt even make a claim.

Depends on the definition of accident
Is being in the car and the other car doing a reverse without looking and bumping into you counts?
Is being stuck in a traffic in 10 kmph and then stopping and the car being you bumps into you counts?
I mean yeah they are accidents but they are just..not serious

Is scratching another car in the parking lot also counts as a accident?
The minimum definition for it is vague

Zero, but I've had a few near misses, like when some jackass sped through a red-light and nearly rammed into me at high speed, or a couple of times where some dumbass decided to turn left as I was going through the intersection. Had to slam the brakes hard to avoid these morons.

Technically one but I don't really count it. Stationary at a red light that was downhill and dude behind me must have let his foot off the brake or something as he rear ended me after we had already been stationary for a while and light didn't change. I couldn't see any damage to either car and dude wouldn't even wind his window down to talk about it, nevermind get out of the car to give me details.

I would have been super pissed if there was damage as it happened 2 days after I got my Mercedes SLK after only ever driving complete pieces of shit before that. Dude that hit me was in a Porsche 911 too so I'm sure his repairs wouldn't have been cheap either if there was damage.

EDIT: Oh I forgot that I did have an extremely dangerous near miss. Driving my ex-wife's car and the brakes completely failed when I was doing ~50mph (like foot to the floor and zero brakes applied). I had to handbrake turn it to avoid running a light at a busy 4 way junction that would have almost assuredly resulted in me t-boning someone. Car ended up facing complete opposite direction in the turn lane. If anyone has been to Orlando, it was near Universal Boulevard, International Drive, Sand Lake Road area. That was probably the most scared I've been.

2 actual accidents [GMC Jimmy pulls out in front of my Ford Escort, and Ford F-150 turns in front of my Ford Focus, both totaled, neither my fault], 2 bumper bumps [of the person in front of me stopping suddenly but no real damage done].

Ran into a mailbox like... 7 years ago? Rear window fell and I slowed down and reached to get it right quick thinking it would be okay.

Nope! Thankfully no one was hurt(I was more dazed than injured), and I know better than to repeat that mistake.
