Like regular tv, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Cruncyroll, etc. Not to mentions other lesser known streaming sites/apps. People might not have heard of certain shows just because they don't have the same streaming system or have a backlog of shows. I would say that sometimes a lot of people talking about aa show could mean it's good. But not talking about a show could mean it's bad, or not known, or hard to find...
