I take extra showers if I have a headache (helps them go away) or if it has not rained lately (just relaxes me), they are not long either, just maybe 5 minutes of having the rain run on me. I take one in the morning and if I exercise that day I take a second after the workout is done. Wish I could extend it a lil, but only when my hair is recently cleaned am I most comfortable not taking a shower. It's hard to sleep with dirty hair and skin but more so with dirty hair.
